Very Unprofessional. Mis-guided on the details of the product. Employees need to be trained. I would suggest to opt for samsung store in DLF mall.

I was struggling to redeem my Service discount Coupon, as OTP was not getting generated. I went to many other Samsung Dealers however all they did was to ask me go to Samsung Support for redressal. Mr Balveer, who owns this Dealer Store in Sec 18 Noida, went miles extra, and took it upon himself and got the OTP generated by connecting with various teams, including EPOS team who made it happen. This is what I call Customer Service. He knew the Coupon was genuine, and I being a genuine customer, he did all by himself, gave me the Mobile before even getting the OTP and helped me purchase the Samsun Mobile of my choice. Worth mentioning that this issue was taking 2 weeks, with multiple calls and emails, but to no avail. He just took 2 days in resolving the matter. He gave me the mobile beforehand even when Coupon was not getting redeemed, taking big risk, and assured me that they will get the issue resolved by themselves and had faith. Excellent Customer Centricity. That You Balbeer and Team for going the extra mile.

I visit the store to buy Samsung s22,
But the behavior of owner of the store is very bad, please do not visit this store they don't know how to talk, rather visit the store opposite to McD sector 18 they have very polite and was very helpful.
The owner instead of talk, said the gate is outside and go the that way to other store to get deal.
I bought s22 from other store and a very fair deal than this store.
Store owner behavior is not good how to talk to customer.
