Samsung SmartCafé (Omni Technosoft Pvt Ltd )

Not an experience that you would expect from a premium store. Went to get an expensive phone (S22 Ultra). They didn't have good colours, the senior staff was least bothered. Younger staff were OK. The staff took my phone telling me they will do a survey but used it slyly to post a 5 star review from my phone. Very unethical.

Pallasio Samsung store has a much much better customer experience.

Very bad experience, the owner & staff were not very cooperating, and they don't accept 2000 notes also, I dont know how Samsung gave them franchise

Today I visit Samsung store to purchase a34 Samsung sales executive Shivam very good and answers my all quiry very politely.

The experience was fabulous.
Got the best price and best deal.
Staff was so helpful and polite.
Will recommend everyone.

I had a talk on the phone with Ashish who is the sales executive there. I was taking some knowledge on how the finance options works but after 2 counter questions he was rude with the tone. A suggestion for the store to tell your staff how to talk to the customer.
