Employees were really soft spoken. But, the owner needs to provide facilities to the consumers else mark my words this outlet would get closed permanently in next 2-5 years. They haven't updated themselves and consumers are still required to pay for delivery within 5 km range. Moreover, the ambience of the outlet makes you uncomfortable when you observe employees paying extra attention to female consumers. The employees are expected to explain product details despite consumer being updated on their own. There is hell lot of stuff that needs to be done man! Mr owner today (i.e. 22-03-22) I purchased a refrigerator from your place! Rest is upto you if you wish to improvise customer experience from your end.
