We went around night 11 for and emergency.
They don't even know English and collection admission fees.

Writing some tablets in an emergency and wrote attendee refugee to admit which is a false statement.

Dr Hemant is the most insecure, rude and money minded doctor that we have came across. I waited for minimum 3 hours for an appointment (I booked before) and reached on time. The staff is not educated and does not possess any skills. The management staff is completely at its worst. No matter what the issue is, the Dr will suggest minimum tests worth 5000. The tests should include scans because they cannot make enough money though blood tests. The medical authorities of India should intervene to this. I will make sure taking this issue on Twitter with bills, reports and diagnosis and tag all the medical authorities of the city as well the country.

Had a horrific experience with Dr Heemant Gupta. He is over loaded with patients that might be the reason he seemed to be bit irritated. He is also suffering from some God syndrome, rude and lacks any empathy. Referred by another hospital for ERCP. He might be the best in his field but wrost as a human being.

I got my mother’s ERCP done from Dr Hemant Gupta. My mother was suffering from gall bladder cancer with jaundice. I went to BHU and Mahamana Cancer Hospital for ERCP and everyone recommended him to me. He is the only person in Varanasi who does this procedure. He explained all the complications of the procedure in detail and took an audio-visual consent as well. I was thoroughly impressed by his professional and honest approach.

Have been under Dr. Monica Gupta for over 15 years. The facilities of the hospital are very good. The utmost care and attention is given to patients. बहुत ही खराब अस्पताल है, यहा डाक्टर और अन्य कर्मचारियों को बोलने का ढंग नही है, केवल यहा मरीजो से पैसा लूटा जाता है, अस्पताल का नाम सवेदना है लेकिन यहा पर सवेदना मर चुकी है, इस अस्पताल मे बैठने और पंख्खे की कोई व्यवस्था नहीं है, इस अस्पताल मे आप लोग अपना मारीज मत लेकर आना ।

The queue to see the doctor is quite bad, my no was 40 and I had to wait like whole days, they were not honoring the queue system lots of people are going side way. Plus this hospital is super costly, fee is 800 but hospital do not have proper sitting area. Plus test and medicine rice will always exceed 10k. This is for small common issue. If you are seriously ill, I think you may have to sell kidney.

I have felt as like hospital scene in movie 'Gabbar is back'. I had reached here in October 2017 & trapped very strategically. My condition was not worst but make worst by the doctors. I had gone to the hospital with one disease but discharged with multiple disease & finally after some days my mother.

DrHemant Gupta has Very rude behaviour with patients he doesn't listen you such an arrogant person, even staff don't respond after you paid for service if you get 1st appointment you will never be summoned 1st you have to wait until they approached ones who have to go through many test so they can make money, in one word they do business they will loot you lakh rupees in just one month.

This isa very good multispeciality hospital, good Drs are available hear, like gastro, phycian, mpt.etc.dignocist system are available hear, it's sechuated at in front of Ip vijya mall bhelupur.

Very bad and 3rd class service opd fees 800 but service was only 5 second and dr.tell me the test rs 5500 owned hospital

मैं अभी इस हॉस्पिटल में अपने भाई को दिखाने आया और मुझे यहां की व्यवस्थाये इतनी खराब लगी कि मैं बता नही सकता।
1.50 -60 लोग यहां इस वक़्त बैठे है और फीस 700 रुपये प्रति व्यक्ति है, मरीज को बैठने की समुचित प्रबंधन नही है और यहां का AC भी कम नही कर रहा है बस डॉक्टर केबिन में AC का प्रबंध है यानी हमसे पैसे लेते है और हमे सुविधा नही दे कर अपनी सुविधाओ पर जोर है।
2. स्टाफ का व्यवहार भी बहुत खराब है।
3. किसी तरह की पूछताछ करने पर सही जानकारी नही देते और ऐसा दिखावा करते है जैसे कितने व्यस्त है।

भाई मेरे हम मरीज़ों की कमाई खाते हो और हमे ही सुविधा देने में तकलीफ होती है।
ये हॉस्पिटल पैसा कमाने के लिए ही खोली है अगर ऐसा है तो अपने स्टाफ को मरीज़ों से बातचीत कैसे करनी है ये भी सिखाये और मरीज़ों को बंद कमरों में बैठा रहे है waiting में तो कम से कम AC को maintain रखे दिखावे के लिए न लगाएं। इतना Dr. साहब खर्च कर ही सकते है।
