This work was not completed befor 2 Years, because Architect cant give us Enough money to Complete due to Some family problems.and i got this drawing of exterior work for this hospitle building

Apr 2019 - Very good hospital, have almost all the facility. Recently my brother get the surgery under aayushman bharat scheme.
Appreciated services. Highly recommended.

This is my second review for may 2021. My father was suffering with covid like symptoms. Front counter people are unprofessionals. Doctors are not listening patient.
Now new management is there. This hospital is not recommended at all now.

It is no more a COVID-19 vaccination center and has turned into COVID hospital. I went here with my parents after booking slot through CoWIN and then had come to know about the information after visiting site.

Please don't rely on the information present and make other choices to get vaccinated.

Got catract surgery for my relative done from Dr Sarita Agarwal. She is very humble and explains very well gem of a dr.

Had a very good experience with Dr. Manish, explains very well.

Charge extra very much. Consider nursing charge, observational charge and monitoring charge differently. My friend get removed these charges involving rough discussion.

I went for covid test and they send me in a room to ask for test where they had put up beds for COVID positive patients. This is negligence on their part. The doctors are wearing ppe kit in that room and they sent us directly there. Now no one is picking up phone to deliver the report. Not going back there again.

Hospital doesn't pickup the phone. Calling them from last 3 days but no one answer the phone. What if there is a emergency to someone? There has to be someone available at reception at least during during day time to answer the phone.

Hi there, I have visited today Santosh specially hospital. Though I found the staff were cooperative and sincere. I wanted to see the physician. There was only physician called Dr. Manish Goyal and very few patient were lined up hardly 5. And I was the last. I returned without seeing the doctor, since the said doctor Manish Goyal was busy having tea with her college. And besides finishing his tea and request, he couldn't return to his cabin and continued busy gossiping. I request all whether such doctors are to be in hospital and are allowed to be in practice.

I didn't made any comments on hospital or hospital staff or other doctors. I just made complain against a particular Dr. Manish Goyal. Since it was OPD time doctors are advised to sit in his clinic and see the patient. Earlier I was told he is on round. Such dictdoc have to develop sense of responsibility and to show irregularities and irresponsible behavior.

I am sharing my experience to all an I want to thank to drs that this hospital doctors is really good an have good knowledge to save life of patients when we see last Maxwell experience it's not good but when Santosh Hospital takeoff this hospital it's really great experience to save patients life

Neat and clean hospital with good Doctors and nursing staff. Found very economical rates in the area.

That dr sarita agarwal, is good treating patient softly an its really like a family atmosphere i want to say to all my frds an family if you want treatment better meet dr Sarita aggarwal she is eye specialist doctor

Wish I could give a zero star rating. Got a covid test done 3 days back for a family member. They told that report will be given in 1 day. It is 3 days now and no signs of report until now. You call them and they will not pick up the phone. And even if they pick up, they will abruptly shut the phone off on your face. Pathetic hospital. Never go to it.

Hospital staff is not at all good with patient.

I have visited on 20th July 2021 on emergency services and doctors has ask me for some test so I want to in-house hospital diagnostic lab for tests.
And after 4-5 days (25th July 2021), still I’m asking for report of test which was ask by doctor in emergency. But hospital staff is saying they don’t have the report because their head office is close.

Also when I have told I want my refund and their reply was we don’t have billing person to make the refund.

So I have a question if an emergency case come to your hospital who’s about to die due to medication on that case what you will do. Are you gonna wait for 4-5 days just to get the test report come or your will start the medication and safe the patient.

I suggest not to visit this hospital if you want to save your family members.

Dr Manish is best phyician in santosh specialty hospital, he explain very well about the diseases.

I visited today, My friend has a stomach achhe and on reception I found your server is slow.
It took a lot of time more than 10 minutes which was not easy to deal for my friend.
But somehow we get the appointment which was free, met with doctor and returned.
You can improve customer service one of the things you can do by enabling online appointment here on Google my business itself.
