It was good but no faculity like ac there you will just find a fan over here and the staff is very careless

They are fraud. Beware they paste the tape and short circuit the motherboard so that customer would return to them and remove the tape to fix the system and charge again saying that they have replaced the IC.

This shop is very useful. Today my laptop suddenly hanged. I am worried so much because I was in online office meeting. When it was hanged. I came to the shop explain all these thing to owner. He Understand my problem and give me solution very quickly. He changed the RAM and take no money. I installed RAM one year ago and today he replaced with new one without any money because time period is in under warranty.

I needed to replace my laptop backlit keyboard and they replaced it with a normal keyboard. At first i didn't notice because the backlit was working in daytime as they showed me the first time, but the keys were not visible during night even though the backlit was on. I requested them to replace my keyboard with a backlit keyboard and it has only been an week since I replaced my keyboard so they can have it back. But they declined and never replaced the keyboard even though I paid for the backlit keyboard. It's been 3 weeks since i uploaded my review and still no feedback or call from their side.

Wrost service i have ever got in my life. He just wanted money not focusing about work. Don't go such a scammer he is. Prices are too high and work quality is very very very low. Thanks bro keep that money with you i went to nehru palace and i got repaired same thing in 200 and he took 2000 for the same and after 2000 the work is not good

I have very good experience. He replaced motherboard and it's working perfectly fine from 6-7 month as promised by Sara computers. Very polite in general talk and never charging for small work.

The experience is not good at all. My laptop was quite old and had an older version of windows. I wanted to use it for my child's online classes, thus I wanted to make the laptop atleast work properly and wanted to install few things so that it can support few applications.

Well, the story is quite long. I was being overcharged for the service, almost double. On top of that, the engineer added his commission on the charges which was already told by the owner. I found that there are trust issues between owner and the engineer. The owner is completely unaware of what his engineer is charging his customers. Completely inexperienced or may be oversmart. The product which was sold for my device has a low market value and is inexpensive for which they charged me almost double.

Altogether, I'm really upset with their service.

I enquired for ssd of a specific brand. He confirmed and when we visited his place, then he denied that he doesn't have it in stock

Reported issue in morning, Mr. Vikas Pandey responded promptly by in-house visit, diagnosed the issue. Reported back in evening with the issue and charges to be levied, took my consent. And then deliver it by late evening. Amazingly fast, prompt service, economical as well.

I got repaired my desktop from Sara Computers to upgrade the motherboard for my desktop. Generally, OS need to be re-installed after upgrading the motherboard. But I need not to install OS after upgrading the motherboard from Intel to GigaByte. Thanks so much sir for your expertise and support.
