Totally disappointed bought daikin split ac 1.5 ton last year, used 3 months, it was ok but this year it is not cooling, technician told gas leakage charged 3300 may 22 but problem remains. Fraud service center

Ambience, staff, services are good Quick response in customer care services.they helped me in generating duplicate bill of 2015 from on line records.highly satisfied.
Hopeless service. I purchased 4 units AC Carrier. AC had gas leakage from compressor. Service person came in June when it was in Guarantee period but even after so many complaints, AC not repaired till today’s date. Whenever I call Mr Himanshu, he gives some excuse for the same. Now after 5 months of fake assurances, my AC is out of guarantee period. Pathetic experience.
Technician came to replace the faulty pcb of brand new packed ac and broke the plastic window. After several complaints no response from saraf customer service and i am left with a broken pc without any fault of my own.
Installation service is very poor. Two days back I purchased an AC from this store. And seems like installation guy was in hurry. My ODU unit is shocking current is flowing over the unit, my Mom gotshocked. Also The guy doesn't explain the feature of AC actually he also wasn't aware of features.
