My first visit to Saral Diagnostic has been excellent.
Staff was polite and helpful.
Your lab was clean and comfortable
I could park my car without any problem.
Delighted to see a 100% barrier free access for differently abled.
However being a senior citizen, I had hoped to get the discount given at hospitals and other labs. Maybe next time I will ask for it.

Had my USG yesterday around 5.30 and till now have not received my report despite writing to the number given for customer service. A USG report everywhere else is given at the same time but they informed that you will receive the same through WhatsApp. And it has still not shared

Very bad experience today. Starting from billing everything went bad. At the billing they have booked for wrong test and they have conducted the wrong test. Instead of Ultrasound they have conducted Mamography. They should look at the prescription clearly even at billing and while conducting the test.
Further it went on with an issue with insulin serum sample.
One bad experince is costing a 4 year repeat customer.
Never repeat this to anyone.

Totally unreliable Lab.

I have been taking appointment from hospital from past two days, they cancel the appointment at the last moment and kept us waiting all the day.

Sheer unprofessional and pathetic behaviour. Dr Ashutosh Marwa does not understand and value time of other patients.

To all the patients out there, please come together and avoid this lab to teach them a lesson.

I don’t have option to give 0 star, so had to give 1 star.

Went there for Dexa scan but got to know that the machine is not working. Surprisingly.this was after getting confirmation the previous day.
Not sure if the machine was out of order or the issue sprung up after seeing the CGHS approval. Certainly not a good experience for us.

We were here for ECHO test. The service was provided was quick with little waiting time. We were very satisfied. Thanks for cooperation.

Excellent world-class services. Very hygienic centre and extremely polite yet professional staff.
Even their home collection service is spot on. Ms. Ekta (sample collection technician) is always punctual for appointments, takes all precautions for proper sample collection and blood drawal is as painless as it can be. Very responsive too.

Saral diagnostic centre is one of the best diagnostic centres in Noida. The authencity of reports like MRI and all other test are most trustworthy. I strongly recommend the centre for the genuine reports. Staff of the centre are very much cooperative & the doctors are highly experienced. I give 5 out of 5 stars to the centre.

In my opinion, one of the very best in entire Delhi NCR. Extremely helpful and courteous. Proactive in approach and not money minded. Personally very satisfied with the service.

Very bad ko locality, staff uncooperative. Typically sarkari attitude, no canteen facility, lots of waiting time. Rude staff.not recommended for any diagnostic study.

Good management, prompt service, comfortable experience! The facility is clean and highly maintained by the authorities. The best part is, they are providing all types of diagnostics and pathology services under one roof which is really convenient for the patients. Really good customer service.

In Noida, the quality of service provided by Saral Diagnostics is unmatchable! Went there for abdominal CT-Scan (the one done with contrast), after which I felt uncomfortable and nauseous. The attendant immediately called for the doctor, medications were provided on the spot and kept me under observation until I felt alright. Later on, the doctor discussed the reports and made me believe that these reactions are absolutely normal and can happen to anyone. Very approachable and helpful staff. Highly recommend their services.

I certainly appreciate the skill of the phlebotomist who took my blood without any pinch. He had the ability to quickly catch the correct nerve to take blood in the very first attempt, otherwise I have heard from the other technicians that it's hard to find in one go. Impressed how skillful and trained staff are appointed by the center. Overall the place is well-maintained and clean to visit and get all your tests done!

Very cordial staff with a seamless process for booking an appointment. Went there for an ankle X-ray right after a minor injury. The staff is courteous and cooperative, and have par level dedication for providing best of their services.

They dont serve human behavior.
For USG they called me after 4hrs fasting, I reached on given time keeping 4hrs fast; when I reached there, I found that they didn't had any doctor that time & very easily they asked me to weight for 2hrs.
I'm a diabetic person, tough I was in fasting. I had recently gone through very major surgery, I reached there center by paying Rs1000/- (to & fro).
I requested them to cater me, but they denied. पता नहीं कैसे कैसे लोग होते हैं इस दुनिया में

Very poor experience, Money minded staff sitting just to do fraud with people by giving false statement. In covid times, they want people in waiting for 2 hours at the center just to show off the center is good. More daignostic centers are available in Noida but never seen such cheats sitting at reception. I was told to wait for performing test and films will be provided once test is over and in evening online report will be given and you will not have to drive back in. Based on such commitments i paid fees. After test i was asked to wait another 20 minutes for films and that 20 minutes turned into an hour and upon again and again enquiring i was told films cannot be handed over as they are required for making report. SOft copy and hard copy are different and hence we need hard copy for making report. Come back to collect. Totally illogical as HARD copies are made from soft copies taken/while performing test. And even such case is their then why false information is passed and why a person has to wait 2 hours just to get a test done and then sent back without report where as before billing it was different commitment. Not only this lady at reception started telling me that technical issue with your film so cannot give you. If you ask them to make us speak to some senior person they will not, as then every body would come to know the false commitments by them. Not only this quite possible these are instructions given to them by seniors just to increase the sales. As it's been long but no call back from management.
