Saral Nursing Home

This is good but not very good. Here you can come and here your patience is not feeling well because it not in open space it in fully closed area and the patient want some open area because they are frustrated from their own problem and if they don't want a packed type atmosphere.

Doctors are good but nursing staff and all other room service workers demand money all the time.

Disappointed, worst experience ever!

My sister delivered her baby here since she got her labour pain at night, we shifter her here.
It is one of the pathetic hospital here, staff is totally unhygienic, hospital is totally worst.
You can't even feel if it's is hospital which should be clean.
Staff is non co operative and asking money for everything as if we are not paying the hospital itself.
Not sure where I should go to complain about all the nonsense and traumatizing activities going here.
All the sisters and nurse don't know how to talk, how to behave with a patient.
They are all so rude, unhygienic and unprofessional.

Hospital is totally dirty despite charging so much higher fees.
Bathrooms are worse than railway public toilets.
Whole hospital stink of urine and.
Even private bedrooms for which they are charging 7K per day are full of mosquitos and lizards and dirt.
This hospital is the worst hospital I have seen in my life.

At least I hope they focus on cleaning and training their staff well rather than charging and demanding money for third class services.

I went there for ascites tapping. Doctor was not available. Another guy called him to ask for the price. The doctor quoted Rs. 5k for a 10 minute minor process. In addition to it, the room and service charges were unreasonably high. They were selling *Albumin* at MRP (i.e. 7k) whereas one can easily purchase it from the medical stores at 4.5k

Later I got the process done at Dr. Dey's clinic (Dr. Rahul Dey, Lal Bunglow) with far better service and reasonable price.

I want to give review about Saral Nursing Home.my sister delivered her baby few days ago and chose this hospital.my experience here was not so pathetic as I was informed. S-N-H has great doctors no doubt but their PARAMEDICAL STAFF is too worse (leaving few members of the staff).
It was my first time I had no idea earlier but later I got to know here, how cleaning and injection are done.
Idk it was my bad luck or what but i had a very bad experience and the nursing staff is not cooperative at all.

Charged Rs. 3000 for paediatrician fees in the delivery package yet no doctor ever came to see the new born for the whole stay of 5 days and no tests were done for infant.
After 5 days of discharge, infant develops symptoms of jaundice, doctor asks for another 500/-

All the patient fees goes to doctors and hospital and they pay very less to the staff and nurses.

As a result most of staff and nurses end up working part-time job to meet their ends and staff/nurses/workers keep asking for money over and above the doctors fees / delivery package. (Which in fact is not their fault because of the faulty system at the hospital).

No discount on Medicine, thus it's expensive & consultancy fee is also expensive. And doctor's never come on time.
