Good facilities. Except medical store and reception every worker there is greedy and you will pay them because your patient is under there eyes. Doctor only visit you at morning and evening after that you might not be able to talk to them. They mostly don't answer your questions. If you can afford spending money like water then you can admit your patient there but who cares about money when it's about our loved once life. Apart from this hospital has good facilities and doctor experience.

Sarswati heart care & multi speciality hospital is the west hospital in cardiology and v good nursiung staff and sporting mangments.

Every thing is good here doctor and staff or I can say he is the best cardiologist in Prayagraj. My father is his old patient. All required services are there. But the only concern is about to getting appointment in normal OPD.

I want give one suggestion SHC team, it will be good if SHC team will increase the numbers of seats in online booking and take a payment during online booking and also assign a time slot for consultation so that it will save the others time as well. I understand doctor has too many old patient and numbers are getting increase day by day but collecting the crowd at reception is not a wise solution.

It is the best cardiac hospital in Prayagraj with good doctors and good staff. People comes here from other states for treatment.

Very Poor and very Bad Service of Management, they Are not co - operative, usually Angiography done and Reports are given On the same day, but here in this hospital they are saying after 5 days u wil b getting angiography report, this is very disgusting, And reception people were very rude they oncall in emergency i called up they are back answering and saying and even not revealing there name, and kept the phone and giving wrong information

One of the best heart hospital in prayagraj. Specialy lashed with modern technology medical machine.

No facility for attendants of overcrowded ICU patients, especially ladies. Once the patient is shifted to normal ward, the cleaners will ask for money everytime the patient needs to excrete. There's minimal facility of food for patients, hence you need several people to make the food trips 4 times a day.

The doctor is very rude as well - called my grandmother (who was clearly in a lot of pain after having a pacemaker put) unruly and uncivilized.

People who have no other options can go here.
