I found them very professional in what they do. The process was smooth, highly recommendable. Also all the 4 guys were polite.

Packing was done timely but not in an organised manner. Things were packed randomly in any box.wire in some other box and item in other box.
We asked to write room or kitchen on top of box but they wrote kitchen on every box.

Very Very Good Service by Sarathi and also the people they have sent for paking and moving, they listen every thing and do things exactly the way that you want and they are also very expert in their work and do all things Very carefully and sincerely.

Their service is extremely unsatisfactory as they used very outdated Fiber sheets for packing large household items. Additionally, the truck drivers are consistently unpunctual, and the vehicles provided are of low quality. I cannot recommend their services for local use within Ghaziabad city.

Pathetic services, even after giving feedback from previous experience they sent untrained labour and incomplete packing material.we lost multiple stuff during this tranfer including apple watch and other stuff.

Beaware before booking from them, I have decided to take up with consumer court.

I used there services for home shifting. There team was very courteous as well as supportive. We didn't required to do any work at all. These people used foam sheets to over the furtniture and covered all other items properly.

Mr. Raj verma is very helpful and cordinate with me all the goods reached me at the right place.
Suggestion -I would like the goods to reach on time during the day and not at night.

Better cancel the idea of moving from one place to another.
Sarathi Packers and Movers have provided the worst service while I moved from Ghaziabad to Bangalore. The refrigerator and washing machine were not in good shape when received. Washing machine got dented (under the supervision of Sarathi packers and movers). One of the carton boxes had animals (apparently rats) feeding on it, which obviously destroyed the stuff inside.

My experience with sarathi packers was good. Saurabh Verma and team has done excellent job. Packaging was good and shifting was done on time.

Very professional and nice service, i think they must have chain group in India as their service and experience is one of the best, i would like suggest all the customer if you want to shift your product from delhi or gaziabad you must prefer sarthi packers and movers, This sarthi really is like lord krishna in Mahabharat accurate and perfect and at really berable price.

We shifted from noida to ludhiana. Our experience is good with great packaging and timely delivery. Sarathi team and Mr. Raj Verma was very cooperative.

We used their service on 24 November, 2021. Due to lack of time, I could not write this before, though it's highly important.

We needed to shift from Sector 5 to Sector 4, Vaishali, a distance of 1 km or even less. From the start, I had to caution them to handle things carefully. Even for getting them to dismantle things properly, I had to call up their manager repeatedly.

Once on the road, they apparently lost direction and landed up initially at GC Grand, Indirapuram. We again had to get their manager involved to get them back to Vaishali! We figured out later that this diversion was not inadvertent. They had siphoned off an entire carton of goods, including costly electrical items, utensils and crockery, and showpiece items. Since we needed extra time to unpack at our end, we realized this much later.

We can only alert other potential users of their services to avoid using them. We have shifted home many times, but have never experienced this. They will assure you they are not truckers but legitimate packers and movers. In reality, they proved far worse. So, beware!

Very good packers and movers one can find in NCR at a very competitive price. Mr. Vishal Verma is a very good person and also looks all packaging, loading, transportation and unloading himself and keep an eye on the staff memebers responsible for performing aforementioned work. I kept my household items at their godown for almost one year and the way they packed the items was just awesome. None of the items were found to be faulty or degraded after a year. I could not find a normal wear and tear which otherwise would have happened while using the items at home.
Very satisfied with their services. 10 out of 10.
