Overall experience was good.service provided by the SAS hyundai was excellent
They have provided the pick and drop service and they have resolve all my issue on proper time.

Service of my car Alcazar done today at SAS Hyundai, Cantt Road. I must appreciate the good and hard work being done by the team. I have been looked after very well. Also would like to convey my compliments to Mr Faruque for monitoring and ensuring the proper work during the service and his behaviour with customer is commendable.

10/7/23 Really appropriate the bodyshop work the car was delivered before the estimated time. I was updated on WhatsApp on every single step of the process.

Professional and courteous staff. Properly explain all the work to be undertaken and understand and confirm any issues being faced with the vehicle. Waiting area is also comfortable and free WiFi is also provided. Water and Tea/Coffee service is also complimentary. All in all a good experience.

Sometimes they overcharge but overall fine. You need to argue a lot with support executive over work and cost.
