Satyam Hospital

I have taken treatment of my mother under dr.abhinav Gupta (cardiologist). Thnku so much sir for the best treatment, care, support. We are fully satisfied with all facilities. Hospital is very very nice. Nursing staff is excellent. All staff and doctors behaviour is very polite and humble. Highly recommended this hospital.

My mothers sugar level became low and was having fever and weakness. Suddenly she was unconscious and was not able to move her body, speach etc. We rushed her to this hospital and asked their staff that patent is in ambulance and need immediate attention but hospital staff was very very rude and un responsible. They told they will not bring patient from ambulance this is not our job. Patent was so serious and they even didn't helped. They do not give care to patient even though they are big trouble. There was one black guy I think his name is Gopal, oh my god this guy is having very very high level of attitude and cheap behaviour. I wish one day he also faces same problem with his loved ones then he will know how attitude and behaviour means. Doctor was ok but very busy (VIP person) and keeps away from attenders, In a single day he is handling more than 200 plus patients alone and 10 to 20 ICU patients. Main problem is with staff behaviour and rudeness.

ऐसा घटिया हॉस्पिटल मैने आज तक नही देखा यहाँ डॉक्टर और स्टाफ सिर्फ पैसे के लिए काम कर रहे है मरीज ठीक हो या न हो उस से कोई मतलब नही।
यहाँ अगर किसी को दिखाना हो तो केवल आपातकालीन रूम में दिखाए। क्योकि डॉक्टर साहेब का पेन सिर्फ वही ठीक से चलता है।
शर्म आनी चाहिए।

Very good hospital and doctor satyanand roy is such a very trusted doctor and nurses are also very supportive.
But behaviour of male staffs is not good they talk very rudely with patients.
Dr satyanand roy must. Dr satyanand must pay attention to the behavior of the male staff because this is the Mein problem
Of this hospital
