Doctor is more rude then staff. When you ask questions or ask methodology (which we are entitled to, as we are paying), she will just be rude and tell you to get out. You will not see any educated patients here. They know better doctors and they will question. They make you wait 2-3 hours coz they don't know appointment system exists. Also, you will have to come before 5pm to submit fees, then again at 7-8pm to get the consultation. This is just broad day robbery of time and money. Do youselves a favour and do not to waste your precious time here, instead go for some others.
It was a nice experience. The nurses and cleaning staff are very polite, devoted and hard working. It was a pleasant stay after my c section. Alka mam is also nice unless you disagree to what she says. Her staff is really nice people.
Dr. Sanjay Sen's is the best and his behavior is also good to their patients and if I seen in all the staff, I have found the best behavior of Mr Ranu Tyagi. He is very hardworking person and also have a very polite nature.
I wish I could give zero stars. Dr. Alka Sen is so rude to the core. Tameez naam ki cheez nahi hai. Etiquettes and manners toh bhool hi jao. She doesn’t know how to behave with her patients. “Heropanti mat jhaado”, “tum logo ne doctors ko pata nahi kya samajh rakha hai, jaadu tone se sahi kar du”. These are her words. 2hours wait karne ke baad when your doctor says something like that, idk how to deal. Yeh sab kiya unhone because maine I refused to consult her daughter. I had the worst experience there. I never give negative review, but I had to.
Very good hospital and Dr alka Sen is too good Her behavior is very polite and calm towards her patients Always take right decision towards her patients and prefer normal delivery
हॉस्पिटल का सारा स्टाफ बहुत ही खराब ब्यवहार सबसे ज्यादा तो काउंटर पर बैठे महानुभाव न जबाव मिलेगा न नम्बर कॉल रिसीव ही नही करता है नंबर लिस्ट से कुछ नही होता जो जेब गर्म कर देगा वो पहले अंदर जाएगा हॉस्पिटल का सारा स्टाफ बदल देना चाहिए डॉ मेंम को आप के पास 2 दिन का समय हो तो जाए नही तो कहीं और दिखाये
Very irresponsible behaviour from dr. Alka sen. No doubt she is knowledgeable but they never provide support in emergency even staff behaviour is so rude. I have to quit treatment because of this.
