Worst experience I’ve ever had gol market wala store staff is completely rude i was regular customer and i used to get my gas medicine without prescription then suddenly i was asked prescription so i just walked away that day and returned next day with prescription and i was being told sirf yahi dawa kyo chahyie? Saari lo jo parche pe likhi hai.are bhai mere pass vo saari pehle se hai jo nahi hai vo mai lene aaa gaya and then the staff rudely told me jaoo jaha se lete ho vahi se le lo and when i told them ki ye sahi tarika nahi hai baat karne ka to staff told “ABE JAO TUMHARE JAISE BAHAUT AATE HAIN. Bhai bimar reh lunga lekin is dukan me nahi aunga

Worst experience ever. They are literally looting us. Inhone 1 injection mujhe 435 Rs.me diya jabki wohi injection mujhe sachdeva medical store par 350 Rs.ka Mila. Agar 0 star ka option hota to Mai zero deti inko.

Over all experience was good. Mask is necessary to buy medicine. There are 4 counters, staff is supporting, but you have to wait a longer.
Mostly all medicine is avilable here.
You can buy medicine here without any doubt.

I have purchased medicines from here many times but problem is that the selling agents are very arrogant and this medical store doesnot give you a single penny discount which is just loot or dacoity so sad that doctors of Mahan agar and nearby area have nexus with them and wrote medicine so that they just earn this is the tyranny of this lucknow only exploitators exist in lucknow

Worst experience ever. I asked the shop if the medicine is available they said yes so I sent the swiggy guy there. When he reached the shop they said I have to buy all the medicines from the prescription when I said I need only one medicine they said then I don't have the medicine. Then I had to cancel the swiggy order and bear the cancellation charges as well.

अन्यथा मेरी तरह आप भी परेशानी के शिकार हो सकते हैं। अपने साथ हुई घटना मैं आपको बताने जा रहा हूं। 15 अगस्त 2020 को प्रातः लगभग 10: 55 बजे मैं शकुन मेडिकल स्टोर महानगर लखनऊ गया मुझे एक wepox 4000 इंजेक्शन की आवश्यकता थी मैंने अपने साथ में लाई हुई इंजेक्शन की खाली डिब्बी दुकान के कर्मचारी को दी और कहा कि मुझे यह एक इंजेक्शन दे दें । चूँकि यह इंजेक्शन आइस पैक में रखा जाता है दुकानदार द्वारा आइस पैक के साथ लिफाफे में रखकर दो इंजेक्शन मुझे दे दिये गये मैंने कहा दो नहीं मुझे एक इंजेक्शन ही चाहिए है । तब उन्होंने मुझे आइस पैक में एक इंजेक्शन लाकर दिया ।मैंने दुकान की विश्वसनीयता को ध्यान में रखते हुए वहां पर दवा को चेक करना आवश्यक नहीं समझा । शाम को जब मैं अपने कैंसर एवं किडनी रोग से पीड़ित पिता को इंजेक्शन लगवाने गया तब पाया की आइस पैक में इंजेक्शन की खाली पुरानी डिब्बी ही मौजूद है मैंने उसी दिन रात में ही दुकान पर जाकर शिकायत दर्ज कराई उन्होंने मेरा फोन नंबर लिया और कहा कि परसों आपको फोन पर बता देंगे और अपना स्टाक व सीसी कैमरा फुटेज भी चेक कर लेंगे साथ ही यह भी कहा कि उन्होंने सफाई दी कि उन्होंने मुझे नया इंजेक्शन आइस पैक में व पुरानी खाली डिब्बी अलग वापस की थी। कई दिन बीत गए लेकिन उन्होंने कोई सूचना नहीं दी। पुनः मैंने कुछ दिन के उपरांत वेबसाइट पर दिए हुए नंबर पर कॉल किया जिस पर उन्होंने कहा कि कल ही वीडियो एवं स्टॉक चेक कर लेंगे व आपको सूचित करेंगे। ना तो उनके द्वारा अभी तक मुझे कोई सूचना दी गई है ना ही मुझे सीसीटीवी कैमरा की फुटेज दिखाई गई। किसी भी अच्छे दुकानदार के लिए अपने ग्राहक का सम्मान करना एक महत्वपूर्ण बिंदु होता है परंतु उनके लिए इसका कोई महत्व नहीं है । अगर वह सही बोल रहे हैं तो उन्हें तत्काल सीसीटीवी फुटेज दिखानी चाहिए थी ।
इसलिए आप सभी से निवेदन है की शकुन मेडिकल स्टोर से यदि आप लोग कोई कीमती दवा खरीदें तो उसकी पैकिंग के अंदर अवश्य चेक कर ले जिससे मेरी तरह आप को भी परेशान ना होना पड़े।

Management of the store is hopeless. Sufficient staff but still very slow service specially the billing counter takes too long inspite of the computers. Even if go to buy 2 medicines you have to wait for 2 hours.

Chemists & pharmacists, you may get all medications even those that you don't find anywhere else. All brands of medications, imported also. Besides, compression stockings and other accessories can be found here. They have more people on th counter, however shop is tiny & you may feel stuffy if 3 or 4 customers enter.

Their Free Home Delivery service is RUBBISH. They have no intention to deliver medicines "FREE".
They will not even give you 2 rupees discount.
