It's has been a great experience to learn Surya kriya from the Anu akka, she is very professional and sweet.she taught us like a teacher and treated us like a friend with whom you are comfortable to learn and ask any question without any hesitation.and she also support you any time after the sessions. I feel lucky learn from her. And I also recommend her book which gives you a deep sense of life.

LIFE TOOL FOR EVERY INDIVIDUAL!
I have been practising Sudharshan Kriya by Art of Living and Surya Namaskar for the last eight years. Never intend to take any other program as I wish to continue my practice through one guru path.
I heard a lot about Surya Kriya. However, I would not have undergone this course if it was not for Hatha Yoga Teacher Anu Kushwaha.
Happen to meet her in one of the Training Programs in 2018. And she completed 6 Month intensive Teachers Training Yoga Program in 2021.
I love yoga and have completed the 500 Hours Teachers Training Program TTC.
I have undergone Surya Kriya under her teaching to honour the training and discipline she was following in her own life.
I am proud to be her First Batch Student.
The program was professionally conducted. She always started the session in time. She was there 30 minutes before the student. She paid to every detail of the element in the classroom, INCLUDING the way the table was positioned, the cloth around it, no room for distractions, a good sound system, handled students well professionally, and class ended in time.
Everything is core to perfection, I would say. First time I had this wonderful experience.
I needed several hours of Hatha Yoga Practice to bring focus and clarity to my mind. Surya Kriya helped me to achieve that Super Clarity with its short-time practice.

To tell a bit about myself, I have been one of the Directors of Reputed Pvt Ltd and emerging Public Ltd Education Company for the last 14 years.
