Dr P K Sharma is very good doctor.me and my relatives are cateract operation by dr Sharma ji the operation is very successful • I liked it •

The clinic area is in basement. Doctors are very good and staff is not humble and one more mistake the waiting area is small. Some patients used to stand

Dr P K Sharma is the best Eye Surgen & Specialist Doctor in Aligarh. My experience is good.

Dr sharma no doubt is a good surgeon.but his staff members are very arogant. Indisciplined.they don't know how to speak to their patients.they are incapable to solve pt's queries.and always ready to fight.worst time management.which is affecting the hospital's reputation

Worst experience with doctors at this place.
No transparency with the customer.
Not customer friendly.
Not follow standards.
No test reports.
No latest specs removal treatment like Contoura vision, SMILE and Femto laser etc.
Hidden policy.
Very slow processes.
Don't go to this eye care hospital. Doctors never listen, Despite having experience and qualifications, seems ignorant, they waste your 3 days to tell you that your eye number is unstable after doing NCT, PMT and other tests.
My Experience:
When you ask for the test reports to the staff, staff says that you will get reports next day after final test. Next day when you ask for the report staff says we can't provide any report and Dr. Manish Agarwal says that we have policy of not sharing reports to the customer. Without any consent of policy with customer.
Dr. Manish Agrawal: Ignorant, Rude Nature, don't know how to talk with people. Don't know how to cunsult in layman's term to discuss the things. And says that you don't know biological terminology so we can't discuss anything with you. He talks in attitude like "Haan kya dikkat he? " that was the first wording of him.
Dr. P. K Sharma: Talks politely. But No transparency.
Staff: Good behaviour, but slow in processing of new registrations.

Average experience, not so good level of doctor so that you are coming from 100 km away.
Quite crowded daily as located near rural area.
Otherwise good for people who belongs near aligarh.

Please update your contact number if it is working or not. I called many times for chechup.the ring of phone is cleary going. I took a leave too.they haven't worried about one's duty.
The Staff of center are so rude.
They clearly told tht its ur problem when i went to hospital without appointment.
