The person working there did not have any knowledge about the intruments he was selling. For example - I asked for an electro acoustic guitar and he gave me a guitar with equalizer of Kaps company. I specifically asked him about the build quality, binding, wood used in back and sides, top of guitar. He told me that "THIS KAPS GUITAR IS MADE WITH COMPLETE ROSE WOOD MATERIAL BOTH BACK AND SIDES AND ALSO THE FRET BOARD. " What actually was just a regular plywood.
I checked on its official website and also on other websites, it is actually made up of a "Linden Plywood"

When you open a shop then atleast you should know about your stuff

Such lying, selfish and greedy people would sell their material to anyone without even considering the buyer's perspective.

Not pleased with the service of the owner as he wasn't paying much attention towards me. I went there to buy picks and a packet of strings. One of the customers was purchasing a Keyboard so he directed his interest towards him more. Also the way of speaking wasn't good at all.
