Pathetic clinic it is. Firstly they won’t pick your call. After calling so many times I was finally able to book an appointment. On visit they make you wait unnecessarily. They are just running a business and are least bothered about the suffering of patients. All staff are very rude. Once they charge you fee, they won’t even listen to you. Not a place to visit

This place is just a business center, for money they will ask to pay 800 first and then they will not bother after that, we visited for retina check up, doc said to wait 15 mins and then will check your eye however the staff make us wait for 1 hr without any information and when we chased they said just wait for sometime will call your name but they make us wait for 30 more minutes. It's better to go good hospital like Fortis or Max they may charge 100 rupees more but they will treat you on priority.if patient vision is blurry they patien is vulnerable but they are not even considering it, i will never recommend this place for any eye related issue. The front desks are not professional.

Don't trust their appointment timings. They will give you an appointment but the doctor will see you on first come basis only.
So, taking an appointment is a completely waste of time exercise. They made us wait for 1.5 hrs.

The most unprofessional place i have been to, the receptionist says that people who would book an appointment would be served first.i made a appointment and despite of that had to wait for 2 hours straight as someone who has places to go to and stuff to do I am extremely disappointed. I would not be comming here again and don't recommend anybody to do so either.
