Facilities are awesome and staff are very polite and good behaviour and the enviroment are very neat and clean.

Dr. G.k Tripathi is very nice doctor, nursing staff is good all the facilities is perfect & good but the hospital is so expensive.

Worst hospital in Lucknow. Just they know how to make heavy bill.they don't care about patient.

Private hospitals best known for charging high. This hospital too comes in the same category but on the other hand their service is just opposite to what they charge. The doctor who's there during emergency at night just cares about his sleep and gives just a normal treatment and if you are suffering from pain then he'll just give you an injection for a short term pain relief. Don't go to this hospital if you have a serious issue.

My wife complained of severe chest pain and we rushed to hospital. She was immediately attended by doctors and staff and necessary medical aid was given.

Hey poor management. No coordination among the doctors, nurses and clerical staff. Everything is delayed and put on tomorrow. Pathetic management. Nurses not wearing any gloves, masks. People at reception also won’t treat you with respect. Doctors are fine and will do the diagnosis and treatment properly but if the management is not proper in a hospital, you can’t really trust them with your life. Very very poor experience.

Worst patients care. After paying the consultation charges in advance we have wrestle with other patients near the Doctor's cabin to see the Doctor. They always give a Token number but never use it. They don't care about patients just wants their money. Please avoid the hospital if possible

People/pateints would be flocking in the clinic, no token system, you have to submit the receipt and yet no one would call your name, its basically whoever is there would be treated

The room specifically deluxe and semi deluxe room are too good which is temporary alloted to the patients after operation. One of my close relative came here for the delivery of the baby so the hospital alloted room no-302 situated at 3 rd floor which was a semi deluxe room which was quite descent room it had ac, T. V, small fridge, neat and clean washroom, mirror and drawers, small sitting sofa, separate bed for discharged patient. Proper lift and staircase and ramp is there for all type of people's for no inconvenience.
Canteen is also present where you can buy water bottles and food items respectively
The only negative is that they don't have a ample parking space to park your cars and bikes so you have to park them far away from the hospital.
Besides main hospital they also have shekhar heart and lung hospital also. Which is situated just behind the main branch of shekhar hospital.

Today, I tried 6 numbers available on Shekhar Hosp website but none worked. I reached there and consulted Dr. Nishant, but he wrote medicine which the in-house medical store OWNER had no clue of. I approached the doctor once again, he said medicines are available in nearest Bhoothnath mkt. I visited every medical store in bhootnath but couldn't find medicines.

This is a super speciality hospital provides best treatment ti the patients. Here is good service in reasonable costs.

हमें 2जून रात इस हॉस्पिटल में जाने का मौका मिला। यहां आने पर हमने देखा एक 4महीने का बच्चा लूज मोशन से परेशान होने के कारण रात 2बजे ले जाया गया जिसे डॉक्टर विजय सिंह ने उसका केस अपने हाथ मे लिया और उसको एडमिट कर स्टाफ को कुछ निर्देश दिए और वहां से यह कह कर चले गए कि इस केस को देखना हम सोने जा रहे हैं। इसके बाद उस बच्चे को तीसरी मंजिल पर एनआईसीयू वार्ड में ले गए वहां एक अन ट्रेंड नर्स आरती ने बच्चे के लगभगआधे घंटे में वो भी गलत तरीके से विगो लगाया जिसमे बच्चा काफी परेशान हो गया इस पर जब माता पिता ने उसे रोक कर डॉक्टर को बुलाने को कहा तो उसने उनकी बात अनसुनी कर दी और कहा तुम खुद ही बुला लो और ये बात उसने डॉक्टर को बता दिया जिससे डॉक्टर भी चिढ़ गया और इस केस को दो दिन उलझा कर लगभग 15000 हजार रूपए खर्च कराने के बाद भी बच्चा ठीक नहीं हुआ दो दिन बाद डॉक्टर ने कहा बच्चे को घर ले जाओ ठीक हो जायेगा। अब आप ये बताएं जिस हॉस्पिटल में ऐसे डॉक्टर होगें वहां कौन मरीज जाना चाहेगा कि वो रूपए भी खर्च करे और ठीक भी न हो। अब आप ही बताइए इस बच्चे के नुकसान का जिम्मेदार कौन है इसके साथ न्याय होना चाहिए।

Worst experience… There is no rules nd regulations in “Shekhar” hospital they all r sending to one person to another no responsibility towards humanity. I would like to mention Dr arvind who is saying that we are charging more money compared to another hospital thats great u r so popular that is why without knowing the disease without knowing anything is this right way to say that thing …congratulations team your guys r doing great job.

Very good staff. Staff Nurse Kanchan and Reena are very supportive, caring and friendly.

Very poor service and inexperienced doctor specially Dr Rajesh (Nephrologiest) is very bad and not caring patient only thinks about money. I lost my elder father because of him.

Pls avoid this hospital in case of emergencies. Despite of hefty fee, they dont have basic emergency stuffs like bandages, syringes, cotton swabs, emergency medicines available in their emergency ward. No treatment will start unless u bring these from outside pharmacy and pay an upfront fee, doesn't matter how critical an accident victim is. A staff of mine got injured in an road accident with an open wound under foot, requires immediate wound cleaning and some stitches. After one hour and depositing around Rs 2500, this useless hospital asked me to deposit 30k advance and they haven't started cleaning the wound till then. Luckily the doctors showed their real face in inital stage and we shifted our patient to another hospital with dedicated doctors.

I am not happy with the staff coz the staff was not doing their work the service from the staff was very poor in every aspect. We got so much trouble in the night.i would recommend to everyone that take care of your patient by yourself.

Got admitted in Shekhar hospital at night with TPA in morning they rejected the tpa and ask for cash payment if you want treatment, and inspite of submitting money patient and there attend will have to run for medicine, This will surely mesmerize u the story of Gabbar movie how hospital fool of patients and earn money, hospital is making money on the name of COVID 19 protocol billing gloves, disposable bedsheet and other charges and all the stuff will be kept packed with no producer of return. If u want your patients get well instead of getting serious please never admitted in this hospital.

Doctors of the Hospital are well experienced, Specially Diagnosis of Dr DC khare is very fruitful.

Hospital nurses and sisters were giving wrong doses of medicines, also at wrong times because of which the patient had very hard time. Thank God I got my patient discharged from this place.
