Horrible delivery experience. Staff so rude and doctors are careless, not ready to listen patients problem during labour pain. They admit multiple patients for delivery at the same time and only 1 doctor was available not even nurse was available to take care the patients. Apart from this 1 doctor, Dr Richa was came only 2 times in 14 hours to check the patient's condition for which she charged extra fee. After admitting a large number of ladies for delivery, they give medicine for induction the labour pain and left them alone in pain also misbehave with patients and their family on complaining. Also at the discharge time they include multiple reasons to charge the extra money and not even ready to complete the paper work.
Only good thing was the child specialist H. P. Bainsla was really a nice person, polite and co-operative.

I can't suggest this hospital to anyone after my terrible delivery experience there. On the name of normal delivery they made worst condition for the patients.

Very bad facility. Patient have to wait for 4-5 hours to get treatment. Their gynecologist ward is looks like vegetable market. More patients than seats. Pregnant women has to wait on iron chairs for multiple hours. Staff is rude and they don't give you proper answers. I suggest to not choose this hospital for your loved ones. There are other good options for gyno problems and pregnancy/delivery.

You should improve your staffs behaviour,
They don't attend you properly if you come twice with same valid slip,
Their slip valid for only 3days and if even come under 3days they treat you as free wala person

Patients waiting for 4-5 hours after appointment but Doctor not present.
Ultrasound room is like fish market. Very small room with a partition using curtain. Nurse bringing more than 1 Patient into small room even when other Patient is on bed. Totally embarrassing. Patient dignity robbed.

I was asked to perform Beta HCG test. But Staff deliberately made me do two more tests like Ultrasound and FSH
. It is total money making hospital.

This hospital is just like fish market, Pathetic experience, Doctor’s room is like railway station, no privacy as doctor sees 8-10 ladies at a time in her room. Nurses are like cats fighting every now & then. Doesn’t feel like a private hospital because government facilities are much better and maintained now days. Everyone goes there after listening from someone thinking of normal deliveries like “Bhed Chaal”.

Very bad experience. They didn't update their Google contact number. The land line number was showing on Google which is not working timing showing 24hours, no any information update about appointment, anyhow from very far I reached to Dr. Richa Tyagi to just take an appointment but she talk to me very roudly way, she even don't know how to talk with a patient, my whole day waste just because of Some false feedback or review on Google. Please false yacwrong review na diya karem Dr. Richa Tyagi ka jb behaviour itna rude hai.to treatment kitna worst hoga. Isiliye dikhana hi nhi hai. Behaviour se bilkul nhi lga ki she is good doctor at all. Please inke sare review wrong hai. Inka Google par koi bhi information sahi nhi diya hua h. 1 star bhi Dene ka dil nhi h.

If you're coming here for a pregnancy-related reason, this hospital is crowded and bit risky. I've seen women struggle to get into the doctor's cabin. Because the doctor has a lot of patients, she won't give you much time; at most, you'll get one minute, and the consultation fee is 500. Because of my bad experience, I will not recommend this hospital.

Very bad hospital. I lost my sister even after normal delivery just because of negligence of Dr Richa tyagi and her staff. The service is so poor that attendant of their blood bank were sleeping somewhere after locking the blood bank.
My sister breathed her last in that bloody hospital.

Paid 5000 for private room but they didn’t give because all rooms were full.
Dr. Richa Tyagi just wants to make her world record.
Don’t go here for delivery. If you have some money, go to other hospitals like ivory.

Although, doctor is gud and learned but the management is a total fail, people coming at 10am looking for a basic checkup (doc told to come) are attended at 4pm and still waiting.

Patients are mostly in pain and are in their least capability to understand facts and remember each n every info provided by the doctor hence a plus One comes with the patient which they don't allow.

What they do: take patients in batch of 4/5/6 and discuss all facts infront of such patients, they should not even be at the place.

I visited coz i was informed for Dr Richa (good Doc) but what i got to know later is that she was probably tired of attending patients hence other doc attended my wife that's ok but clarity in info provided by hospital and management should be there.
Sisters were very helpful but few didn't follow covid norms.

Dr Richa tyagi is the best gynaecologist, she is expert in normal delivery. She is a blessing for all the women, who want normal delivery only.

The things which I didn't like about this hospital are:
1. It is almost always crowded.
2. It is not maintained properly (sometimes the toilets are like public toilets i.e. Not clean at all).
3. Some the staff members are not as polite as they should be.

1. One of the pediatrician, Dr. H. P. Baisla is very very nice in all aspects.
2. (Not sure about it, It is according to rumours) It is considered in good hospitals for

Shri Krishna Life Line Hospital in Swarna Nagari, Greater Noida is one of the reasonably priced hospitals in the city. While some other hospitals charge around Rs 700 for OPD visits, Krishna hospital seems to have capped it at Rs 500. This hospital is mainly managed by the family of Dr Tyagi. Dr Rajbir Tyagi is quite a familiar and reputed face around this area and in the nearby villages of Greater Noida. In fact large number of villagers with pregnancy/ delivery related cases prefer to get it done in this hospital.

My personal review after visiting this hospital

Dr Richa and her team are really expert Female specialist. Very humble and listens with patience. Verify high priority is given to normal delivery at nominal charges.

Child specialist Doctors also really good.

Social distancing norms are flouted shamelessly. Security guards are entrance do not even do basic checks of body temp. Doctor Richa is renowned but staff and facility doesn’t compliment at all. Keep away if you wish to stay covid negative.

Worst hospital got my first child delivered there but Dr richa ran away saying that she was on night duty last day and very tired.resulting in complication in pregnency and our child ramains in ICU for 21 days. NICU their dont have ventilators even the have only one ambulance which is always busy.

Highly recommend this hospital to everyone one. This hospital gives u a service which you can't expect after delivery. All the nurse, supporting staff they are experienced and we'll behaved and when it come to Dr Richa Tyagi (uas person ke liye mere pas word hi nahi hai vo apne work ke liye kitni dedicated hai bahut kam hi person honge ias dunia me niswarth bhab se vo keval seva hi kar rahi hai aur sabse acchi bat ye hai ki aapki sifaris vaha kisi kam ki nahi hai Thank u Richa mam) my situations were very complicated at dilevery time but they managed it very patiently and done normal delivery. They took very very very good care of my baby. Since due to covid I was unable to visit hospital routine check up. I just done only delivery. I just loved this hospital. REALLY APPRECIATED ALL THE EFFORTS OF ALL THE STAFFS.

I have both my child delivered here with 4 year span. The owner doctor Richa Tyagi is renowned for her normal delivery track record. It is the cheapest and finest hospital in Delhi NCR. My experience was awesome. More than 30 babies deliver here on average per day.

I visited hospital 2nd time due to pregnency of my sister in law but all time lift was non functional. It is very bad. Pregnant womans are going by staircase. Very poor Management. Only mony making policy. In billing they have changed 3 items extra. Doctors visit chages without visit of doctor.

Most preferable hospital among people because they try to do normal delivery instead of cesarean. Hospital is crowded. Everything is fast even the delivery. New born mother need not to stay more than 6 - 8 hrs in case of normal, 1 - 2 days in case of cesarean.

No facility for patients, no fan for attendees, treating like customer and absence of quality service. To much crowd but do not have any doctor except DR Richa. Who is very busy and occupied that she can even check and give proper time to reach patient.

Good hospital.affordable. Doctors are good n experienced especially gyeno.but crowded with patient. Hope there cud be a doctors no. So that at time of emergency cud get in touch immediately as s line are very very busy.

Though the doctor is good, the hospital lacks it's in many aspects and is not maintaning the same in spite of charging on higher side thatln its competitors. It remains overcrowded with patients for the reason of limited doctor and small space. An average patient has to wait for 2-5 hours without being any care or attention by any responsible person. If you are coming with serious patient or if your time schedule is busy type, I will never recommend you this place.

1 month ago we went to hospital, it's a very good hospital for maternity. I know that there is a lots of patients but doctor handle it very easily. I think one thing should be there, also food should be available for the patient. Great hospital. Especially for maternity. Almost everything is good about it.

Staff is professional and that is a great thing about it. They try to complete the things as soon as they can unlike many other private hospitals.

Doctor is really good. She is experienced and also pays full attention to the patient. Charges are more than reasonably justifiable. For maternity cases, they try their best for normal delivery and do not encourage c section until necessary. Highly recommended.
