मैने 16 हजार की दवा ली फिर जब मैंने अपना गिफ्ट माँगा तो यहाँ का स्टाफ बोल रहा था नही मिलेगा गिफ्ट. फिर मैंने बोला की तो फिर झूठ ही लिखे हो हर दवा पर गिफ्ट तो बोल रहा था हां झूठ ही लिखा है और तो और बिना दवा की बिल निकाले ही प्रिंट रेट पर दवा दे रहा था और पैसा भी ले लिया जब मैंने बोला की मुझे ऑनलाइन 15% डिस्काउंट मिल जाता है तब 10% डिस्काउंट के साथ बिल निकाला. ये सब देखकर मुझे पूरा विश्वास हो गया कि सब फ्रॉड करते हैं आज के बाद यहाँ से सुचिता फार्मेसी आनंद भवन से दवा लेना बंद. 22/04/2023

Never purchase from there store first sometime they give counterfeit/defective products and when u ask for return they just give excuse everyday

10% discount is just a marketing stunt specially in newly opened retail medical shop, Shantipuram. Didn't bother to accept the Suchita Gold Card and bought the medicines at full market price (discount is hoax). In case when have to buy the medicine at MRP the why only Shuchita pharmacy. Terrible experience.

Visited this place couple of months ago. Worst service, extremely long waiting time even when there are no customers. I waited for 30 mins with just one man in front of me! I had one medicine to return still I was made to wait 39 minutes. After that when I made purchases incorrect bill was made and I had to go back in the return line to get my money back which would not happen if they would have made the correct bill in the first place! A simple task that would have taken 5 mins in any other shop took almost an hour at this place.

Save your time and sanity by not visiting this place.

It's one of the best pharmacy of Prayagraj. The people dealing the customers are so generous and humble. During the entire Lockdown this pharmacy has made medicine available to my doorstep without seeing the time and the situation. Then too They offer discount and all. Altogether a great deal. I simply loved the service and the owner of the pharmacy is a learned person and needs to be respected not like a shopkeeper or a medicine seller but a good human being.

And as far as time is concerned.
They are having huge customer base. To deal with all.it takes time. But then too They prioritize their task in such a manner that everyone's needs get fulfilled timely according to the level of Urgency.

I would simply say It's an amazing pharmacy where they give double Benefits - Discount to the card holders and free home delivery within the diameter mentioned in the terms and condition.

I simply love this pharmacy.

Very bad experience with Suchita Pharmacy. I placed the order but they failed to deliver it till the end of the day. Afterwhich, I called them approximately 45 times and they did not respond. However, when the call was received, the person at the other end started being rude and said, "aapko sunai de raha hai na ki yaha kitne calls aa rahe hai? Aapko sunai de raha hai ya nahi? ! " In the end, he started accusing me that my phone was out of reach. This big pharmacy tortures the customers in multiple ways. Extremely bad experience for a consumer who was in utter need of medicine due to ill health.

I have taken a golden card from Suchita Pharmacy. Due to which I get 10% extra discount on the purchase of medicines.

They try to sell products which are not of standard company or brand. They behave like corporate office, their computer operator cannot even pass your medicine slip. Rate is also high Protenix (565) as compared to other online places 505 (Amazon). I asked for cipla Medicine, they provided local brand while will not communicate with you. Just try to add in bill. Beware and check all things clearly. 10 percent low rate is not a big deal. Explore online stores and Allahabad. I know about Agra Delhi Jaunpur and in other cities where 10 percent is very normal thing. Even u can get up to 30 percent discount.

Not happy with the Behaviour of the staff and it takes a long period of time due to lack of discipline at the counter

This Place does not have Organizational skills at all! They take 40 mins to take out medicine. Not at all recommended! Plus the Workers shout at you!

My nearby Suchita Store is Govindpur Prayagraj, They have people who does not know how to talk to customers and their Home Delivery claims are totally false, They will deliver after the patient will die without getting important medicine. Their shop is always full and even if you want to get 1 medicine, you have to wait for 30 mins. Better to buy it from nearest other options who are also giving 10% off.

2 star because i am facing problem again again and again in home delivery. Every time i get promise that it will be not repeated but next time again same problem. There is no fix time of delivery. Morning ka order raat tak aata hai wo bhi folllow up krne ke baad.

Pathetic service offered when I visited. One of the workers lost my prescription paper. I had to wait almost an hour even after that they could not provide me medicine because they didn't had it.
