This clinic is fantastic for skin and chest and there is good nature staff they gives respect and treatment also great.

Clinic is in good location.
Every people can come easily.
Doctors can listen problem carefully.

Clinic is near and clean.
Doctors are well supported.
First priority are patients

The behaviour of doctor is not so good. She don't even look my problem properly.the cost of medicine is too high.

Poor diagnosis.
Medicine prescribed did not even worked a bit. Wasted 600 would have consulted a MD dermatology rather. Also I think the facewash and medicines prescribed is difficult to find and one chemist even jibe by saying madam ke clinic mein jo chemist hai waha milega.
Today I am taking my kid to another doc hope she will be cured

I am very thankful to Dr.deepti saxena.she is the best skin care doctor. I had never seen any such doctor whom i had gone. I had a very bad condition of my skin but till now i have no such disease. Approx. 4 to5 years ago, i met Dr.deepti saxena.she cured me very well. Well appreciated doctor.

I have visited along with my family, unfortunately I was forgotten to wear face mask. A lady at reception Charged 10 Rs for a single mask and suggested me to wear mask and said that you should know to wear a mask.i have spent 1500 Rs for the visit.
I have complained to doctor Gyan Bharti to they also sujested me about the protocols.
Bad experience, no want to go there.

I went to skin and chest clinic 2 days ago to consult with maam but the behaviour of female staff at medical pharmacy was so rude that I changed my opinion.

मैंने बाद में जिन डॉक्टर साहब से इलाज करवाया ना, उनकी फीस आपसे ज्यादा ही है। परंतु उनसे बात करके, इलाज करवा कर संतुष्टि मिली। जब आदमी बीमार पड़ता है तब वो पैसे की नही सोचता, पैसे तो वो खर्च करता ही है।

परंतु आप नही समझेंगे, आपको तो उस समय पैसे चाइए थे, मरीज की मानसिक दशा, भाड़ में जाए।

मरने दो मरीज को, क्या हुआ जो मेरे पास इलाज करवा रहा है, क्या हुआ जो इसने 4 बार पैसे दिए, में तो एक सवाल का भी पैसे लूंगा।

मैं फिर कह रहा हूं, बात पैसे की नही है श्री भारती जी, उस समय आपने जैसा व्यवहार किया न, मन खट्टा हो गया ।

सौ बात की एक बात आपकी दुकान की सर्विस मुझे पसंद नही आई तो मैंने एक ग्राहक होने के नाते सच्चा प्रतिसार दिया।

No, that was not system generated, i spoke to your receptionist also.she was continuously insisting on money. Leave it Mr. Bharti, you will give 10 justifications. But the truth remains same, you so know what happened. At the time of problem of your repeatative customer, you denied to help without money.

Again i am telling you, money was never the problem. Problem was with your behaviour.

A doctor can b successful, if he /she is a good listener.
And believe me Doctor saxena is jus adept at the art of listening to her patients so carefully and thereby solving all their health issues.
Highly recommended.

Your staff is very rude. He and she doen not sense to talk to anyone. You must arrange PDP program for staff.
And you should focus on the behave of staff.

Money minded and pathetic doctor
Rude behavior, she thinks that she is God on earth and her staff are behaving like a teachers. Assistant s think they are teachers and question patients why they are late and feels like they will scold you for this. Doctor also supporting this behaviour. People beware of going there

I had an appointment and traveled many km to see the doctor. Being completely sick. Once I arrived in the clinic, the receptionist told me that the doctor won't come. I called him and he told me he will come in 1 h. He lied to me and didn't come. Then his employee suggested me to see a neck specialist for a chest problem. This shows they aren't professional! I was extremely tired and weak because of all those trubles. Don't go there!
