I had the pleasure of becoming a member of this Gym few months ago and I have to say, it's one of the best gyms I've ever been to. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the state-of-the-art facility, the friendly staff, and the overall atmosphere.

Firstly, I have to give a special shoutout to Mr. Faisal, the owner of the Gym. He truly cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable and achieving their goals. He is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about fitness, and it's evident in the way he interacts with his clients and runs his gym. He creates a welcoming environment where everyone feels supported and encouraged to push themselves.

The trainers here are also amazing. They are highly skilled and knowledgeable about fitness, and they create personalized workout plans that cater to each client's individual needs and goals. They provide excellent guidance and support during every workout session, and I always felt like I was getting the most out of my workouts.

Finally, the gym facility itself is top-notch. It's clean, well-maintained, and equipped with the latest and greatest in fitness equipment. There's plenty of space to work out, and the gym has a variety of different areas for different types of workouts, from free weights to cardio machines to functional training areas.

Most Trainers are well mannered, helpful and trained, however a few incessantly bother you for personal training which is a bummer.
Admin team is polite and cordial.

I've worked out at this gym for almost 6 months. Everything is decent in the strength area but the reason I'm giving it 1 star and calling it the worst gym is because of the staff. You'll find the least cooperating staff here with the most unprofessional behaviour. Most of the trainers are egoistic with 0 knowledge of things. My membership expired two days ago (I wasn't in town for 2 months). I came back and went to the gym at night. The manager told me that I will have to pay 500 rupees even when I said I'll renew my membership the next day only. Extremely non cooperative behaviour. Also most of the important exercises are either banned in this gym and you cannot add extra weights on the machines. I wouldn't discourage anyone to not join this gym but from my experience here, I'll never even step in this gym ever. I prefer not working out than working out at slam fitness.

This would be my first gym in Lucknow. Best gym I have found near by in the city. Spacious, clean and well maintained.
They are all most of the training machines and cross fit platforms. Gym has Zumba sessions, cross fit sessions, HIIT cardio, personal training etc as per your need. Floor trainers are very humble.

Best Luxury Gym in lucknow.first time intruducing calisthenic, women self defence, and Health cafe and biggest gym (10000 sqft.) Mahanagar lucknow.visit once.

Been doing gym here since last September 2021 and i have come a long way from 102 to a whopping 87 right now. The gym is quite good and spacious to train and it isn't over crowded after 8: 30am to 5pm (ideal for me).
One full floor is for cardio with boxing, functional and cardio machines.
The top floor is for strength only and they have over 15-16 machines to hit those body parts well.
The only drawback is the lack of attention from the trainers, if you are a newbie and don't know anything, it's goona be quite hard to know about proper technique and posture.

They generate money to show that they take care of your health but there is totally reversible there. They don't know how to treat customer lady that was sit on the reception spoke very badly.

After paying the full amount of package, no one give attention to yr workout sechdules nd excercise they force you to take personal training that was totally useless there.

Awesome gym, many machines for every muscle.superb services. I often go gym in mid night 2 o clock Gym is open 24 hrs and trainer is available in night. Can't give less than one star, worst gym in lucknow, unprofessional owner, changes every new trainer within 5-10 days, steam bath doesn't work, no one to assist in housekeeping, unclean bathrooms and premises, gives only hand towels for bathing and most of the times are unavailable, treadmills are of cheap quality, they shake while sprinting, no zumba, functional or group exercises, gym stinks, lack of space on floor area for floor exercises, management is so weak that they mishandle lockers and do not care for client's personal belongings, my bag has been stuck for 6 days in there and no response whatsoever, looks are deceptive. Kindly do not come in false claims of first calisthenics gym in lucknow, the promised upper floor is still not built and no cross-fit or calisthenics training is provided in here.

I think this is the best gym I have visited till now.it is very good in services and all the basic amenities required in well gym. The trainers are also very supportive and motivative. The sound system is also very nice and loud. There is very cleanliness in gym and the machines are also very nice and get regularly maintained. So I will recommend this gym and fitness palace if you really want to lose or build body or muscle gain. Thank you

Trainers busy on mobile phones, no staff (not ever underqualified.hahahah), trainers stay only on trial basis and are thrown out once their trial period is over, no receptionist in fact, you would see vacant greeting room hahahahah.fake promises are promised and once annual package is taken are openly declared that they were fake.waiting for when this gym finally becomes first calisthenics gym of lucknow.may be a millennium might expire but not their fake promises

The gym is one of the best in Lucknow city. They have best machines and the most conducive environment. Mr Faisal, the gym owner, knows how to take care of his clients and match up with their needs and expectations. You always procure what you were offered and promised initially. He never compromises with his services. All the trainers are well trained and guide the clients as per their requirements and needs. The best part is the variety of machines they have in the gym, they are the best machines in the city. In just few words: THE PLACE IS AWESOME AND WORTH JOINING.
