My experience with Smart i Security Solutions and their installation of Hikvision CCTV was not good.
After a year of having the CCTV system installed, I faced multiple issues. Initially, it became apparent that they lacked experience with Hikvision CCTV setups.
Although they managed to complete the installation, I soon noticed display issues with lines appearing on the output. They had to bring in someone else to fix the problem after several inspections.
Later, my WesternDigital hard drive got corrupted, causing the entire CCTV system to go down. Despite consistent reminders through WhatsApp and calls, it took them a long time to replace the hard drive.
They eventually sent someone to replace it with a temporary one, but it has been over a year, and they still haven't provided a permanent replacement.
Throughout this entire time, they never called me to provide updates or explanations. Their service has been extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend them based on my experience.
