I jst dont wanna give it a single star also.its a big fraud (its not a sony service center). Staffs neither have any knowledge nor manner of dealing with the customer.it charged me service charge.in the name of visit charge.without even touching the device. Its a waste of money and time too.a big big no

The food was good no doubt but the service was pathetic. Firstly we asked him to bring a part of our order which was placed later he said that you didn't order only and we were sitting and chatting there and were no other customer except us and he switched off the ac and just when some customer arrived he turned it on we asked him what is this behaviiur is this the way you deal with your customer he in reply said that ki ma'am ac ko bhi rest chahiye hota hai and we was very rude with his words. Is this the way how you deal with your customers?

It's a fraud don't fall for it, they are not authorised service centre and please don't pay them any charges
