price keeping up the consistently good reputation of Spacewood. I especially appreciate the contributions of the Cluster Manager Sri Santosh Kumar Pathak in conceptualization and material management and of the Project Manager Sri Jai Prakash in installation both in the Noida store.

We got our wardrobes and kitchen fabricated by Spacewood, the second time. We are satisfied with the quality. Certain on-site issues were handled well and our concerns addressed adequately. Santosh, JP, Vinod and Rakesh were very responsive and supportive. We are very happy with the final product.

Very good experience and sales staff is very good and professionally they have good knowledge.

Basis their promise on timely delivery we bought an expensive sofa from them but they ended up sending the wrong one.

When we complained they promised to pick the wrong item and delivery of the new one in 2-3 days but it's been almost 10 days and there's no response from them.

Very poor service and commitment.

Very bad aftersales service.buyer please BEWARE! They generate bills under different names and have different name on their shop and thus making 1-year warranty invalid. Idk how they are in business. No ethics.

Very nice staff, delivered the wardrobe before the commited date. Fitting guys also extended their day to complete installation.
Will surely visit again.

Worst furnitures! Don't make the mistake we did!

Bought a dining table set with 6 chairs with one year warranty. After 6 months later, visable crack started developing. We reported them for the same.received a very lousy response from faculty.person on call was very ill mannered.told us that will send their people within one week. It's been a year and a half, but nobody since that day came to solve our situation.few days later, chips started coming out of the chair.so called sturdy dining table set became cranky and the fixed joints started moving like a cradle! Our situation is so miserable that we can let OUR GUESTS TO SIT ON THOSE CHAIR BECAUSE WE FEAR THAT THEY MIGHT BREAK DOWN. Also, nobody in our family dines on that table. We also bought a centre table after 3-4 monts and also enquired about the table.staff told me that they will make their best efforts regarding the situation. Despite their very best efforts, nobody came for the last year to address our situation. As they now know my number, THEY NEVER PICK UP MY CALL. Absolutely DISGUSTING. I WANT MY MONEY BACKK!

Had issues in service but eventually the team managed and got the stuff installed.product and sales is definitely good.

I took a dining table, nearly 3 months ago. It was a glass dining table 4 seater. It is still under warranty, as the warranty is of 1 year. There was a small damage in my table, and they said that a special glue named as laser glue is required. Its been more than a month, and till now, there is no update, when they will repair my table. What is the use of such a warranty, when they can't abide by the warranty.

I have once told they are good but the fact is different.
1. Very bad workmanship.
2. Service is very poor.
3. Once you pay full you will be on their mercy.
4. They will not lift your call. And you cannot do any thing.
Just avoid Spacewood and go to any other equivalent.

The furniture is good but the modular kitchen section is extremely beautiful and the prices are also very competitive. Must visit place before finalizing. The staff is also pretty courteous n helpful.

Good collection of MDF/HDF furnitures and modular kitchens at very reasonable price. Must see and visit before any other brands.
They are made in India from factory in Nagpur which I have personally seen. Better service than most competitors.

They are Thugs of Noida.
Sent damaged bed and after lot of fight they took it back and gave back money (that itself was big task). Then they said new bed is available and took 100% money but sent same faulty bed after repair.
Their delivery/assembly team misbehaved when confronted.
Now neither they are replacing faulty bed nor returning bed and neither taking call.

This store is for people who are looking for short term furniture. They only have partical board products which are very cheap to make and have very less life. In addition to this they do not have any strength.the only plus point is the looks. There are a lot of stores near this store, search the area and then buy the product. In addition to this they are charging a lot for the product.

I own one their premium kitchens, its been 3 years now and some hinges have started to come i am satisfied with their quality but they have really POOR AFTER SALES SERVICES

Quality better but no surety of delivery and installation after taking advance, very bad experience with Spacewood Noida and Nagpur team.
