I had positive experience with stmpl. It was smooth experience from interview till joining. Mrs. Aarti baghel from gwalior team helped with every details on time. Truly a professional organisation with professional employees.

Very bad experience because I resigned this company and completed all the resignation policies of this company, infact they are ignoring my mails and calls I have also tried to reach the HR Head but no response came from HR also. They told me that I will recieve my salary after 45 days of resignation but now it's been 2 months I haven't recieved yet.
I request u all to never join this company.

Company was destroyed by wealth. The promoter is making money through ipo and every retail investor is imprisoned in this company. I don't know what the promoter is doing except selling their stake and dumping the retail investors. Continues two lower circuit happened everyone is stuck in this third class company.

Human resource people work in Spectrum Talent Management who recruit employees for many companies and run another company which is a sub company of Spectrum called Adjunctus, in which Personal Loan Business Loan Credit Card Works for. Which provides service of NBFC and banking

Very worst consultant they just call and take details of candidates after that they don't give feedback when during the call they talk very polish like will you join after selecting such things they talk after that they don't give update or pick the call hr especially disha Sharma and ashruti gupta are very rude they need to be kicked out from their job they don't have human nature to help anyone.the 5 star reviews are all fake and paid review i doubt if anyone has been really selected

This company totally fraud, they make people fool, and earn money this company should be band because they worked illegally.

If there was a option to rate you zero then I would have done that. But no option the services provided by them are third grade and on top employees like Neha Sharma are the worst people who don't know ho to work.

It was my bad luck that they got my cv from somewhere and Miss Neha Sharma called me saying that there's a vacancy somewhere and my cv has been shortlisted gave me totally wrong information. After that I called her asking for the update but still she kept me on hold saying I will get a call from the company, but there was no response from any side.whenever I asked for update she gave wrong information to me. The worst experience ever.if you all want to grow then kindly train your staff properly specially I would take the name of Miss Neha Sharma doesn't know how to behave.

Worst hr staff, which conduct interviews of candidates for other companies, and then after months of follow up, even after getting selected, have no answers to candidate. Total wastage of time and the preparation you put for interview. Such staffing agencies should be avoided as they mentally make you fed up.

I have been employed in spectrum talent management for the past 2+ years, and yes I am happily employed! There are various factors that have made me a satisfied employee here. I get a cohesive working environment, like-minded colleagues, no opportunistic seniors, a fair chance to showcase my skills and get acknowledged, and a bit of fun if I am not preoccupied, obviously.

Truly speaking, spectrum talent management not only cares for its employees but it also has a bit of something for all its patrons. We have been trained to put the client's requirements as our priority. And I bet, you get a "Wow" experience in whichever way you are associated with this company.
