Spice World Mall

Modi mall (formerly called Spice Mall or Bharat Mall) is past it's prime. Only reason one has to visit is Haldirams and the movie hall. Most of the other shops have either closed or moved. There is a food court but don't know how good is it. Maybe it is catering to movie goers for a quick bite.

It quite a nice mall for everyday things such as;
#Shopping (some ethnic non branded shops are available)
# Food - Some local food shops are available for north indian food. Haldiram’s and CCD are also good. You can also try south indian food at dasaprakash.
#Movie -Cinepolis is available, the ambiance is quite decent with multiple screen till 5th floor. Although i have no idea why they start the movie after keeping us wait for half an hour.

# Street food and Shopping - Out side the mall you can buy some books, clothes and enjoy some street food.

# Salon - They have jawed habib, their service is quite good. And other non-branded salon and cosmetics shops are also available.

Washrooms are quite decent.

For kids they have some playful activities.

Parking is not an issue.

Situated in noida sector 21.

No nearby malls so fine for one time visit, nice food with nice price, awspme theater and couple friendly

Less crowds in the day so enjoyable but chaos during the evening.

Nice mall to spend some time with your family. The plus point is HALDIRAMS which provides great food. PVR provides reasonable movie ticket prices. A must-visit.

Earlier known as star city mall I believe, we visited here recently for a trampoline jumping day out with our daughter. The location of this mall is great and we have visited here many a times years back. Always fun.

Nice place to watch movie with family with descent parking space and good quality sound and ambience at budget price.

There is no professional staff when movies started there is maybe 5 to 6 people who are continuously laughing during the movie they are also irritating us and all those guys watching movie over there but I didn't expect from Modi mall staff this is totally redicules I'll never suggest some to go to modimall I m not talking about the whole mall just talking about the Cinepolis audi 3 and bout there staff

The place is nice and happening and feels good to visit. Lots of good dining options to choose from.

The space isn't something that can pull you over multiple times. Okay for once in a while for now. Skyjumper is worth the visit. Don't forget to get your hands on some local munchings located at level -1.

It used to be a happening place but unfortunately the only main attraction left there is the huge (in size and structure) is Haldiram's

The mall was amazing initially, but for now it has very less crowd and most of the brands have stepped out their showrooms from here. Good for watching movies. Less crowded so good for having a peaceful family time.

I visited only Haldiram. I can not say much about Mall but it has both parking underground and on ground. Distance between on ground parking and Mall is hardly there.
I do visit this Haldiram when I go noida or Noida ext because
1. No long walk from parking.
2. Large space inside. Sitting also very spacious. Good during corona time.

Food courts/oulets are best part of this place.
This place is too small as compared to any other mall.

Haldiram is on ground floor. Kids activities are limited but are there on entrance.and there is a gaming arena inside on 1st or second floor as well.also there's food court on same as gaming arena.

10yrs ago it used to be our best place to hang out.

Small, peaceful and a decent place to watch movies and have family dinners.the south indian restaurant and haldirams is an add-on.

Small little mall near the Adobe office, Approx. 2km from Noida city centre.
Footfall is mainly due to the movie theatre. But there the screen size/quality is a bit less than PVR etc. Prices are good.

There is a Haldiram food court at the ground floor and a few other shops as well. The food court is usually crowded.

This mall is the last resort for film enthusiasts and movie fanatics. You'd receive tickets Anytime and everytime here. Know majorly for its PVR. The food court is nice. Various options available.

A mall where you can find food court, wearable, electronics, restaurants, shoes, and also cinepolis. Very clean

Only been here handful of times but seems to a nice mall with a lot of food options for eating. Plus the theatre here is great.

Not a mall exactly, has all local shops, main attraction is movie multiplex. Food Court is not great.

A budget mall to watch movie enjoy lavish food, include a Bar and some shopping store of good brands. This near easly reachable mall from all nearby location. Kids can also have fun of small rides in front or at back of the mall. Now they also have some shops outside mall which sell products at genuine rates.

Only reason to be at this place is for movie at Cinepolis or eat out at Haldiram's, not much food points available and neither much shops, due to better and bigger nearby malls like logix and sector 18 hub, it had lost its charm.

Spice cinemas was great. Its worth going. Very nice hall wid 8 auditorium, cmfrtble chairs, gud sound n picture quality.had a wonderful experience.infact it was a blast. Haldirams on d ground floor was awesum for having propr food if u want. Or one can visit cafe coffee day or pizza hut. Overall mall was not too big bt great if u wanna enjy movie n food:).

Nice complex if u want to go for movie u will spend less then other malls of noida, u will end spending less for same facelift

Easily accessible by road and metro.
Nearby metro station is "Noida wave city center". From there e-rikshaw, share auto and OLA Uber available. Ample parking available in underground. Open from 0900 hrs to 2300 hrs. Special attraction is Multiplex and food court.

This is located at a very convenient location of Noida. Vwen though, mall area isn't too big but you will find all the items fir your need. The food court is awesome which offer variety of cuisines with affordable rates. The shopping lovers can spend hours here with multiple options available. The Spice cinemas gives you a wonderful experience and even the ambience is great. I feel there should be more parking spaces as during festivals or weekends, huge crowd gathers which sometimes creates mess if traffic.

Best place to watch movies, fun for kids, very clean and decent staff, great food court on 2nd floor, movie hall on 3rd floor, gaming for kids, Many clothing showrooms are located

It was a great place till dlf was built. Now you can't find much croud here. Still it's famous for its luxurious movie Hall and Haldirams. A place you can prefer if you want to hang out for a while. Not preferd for shopping and stuff.

Nice but cinema hall is smelly and filthy, parking guys near haldi ram are rude, incompetent and have a don't care a damn attitude.

Spice mall is good. Big mall all facilities available. Best thing is movie hall. Nice environment, good air circulation, seats are very comfortable.
Parking Rs 40 and good space.

This place is good to go movies. Do not have multiple shop to purchase cloths. You can say limited shops are there for clothing.
It has big area for food, like food court.
There you will get verity of foods.

यह मॉल काफी छोटा है। बढ़िया शॉप्स हैं। फ़ूड कोर्ट भी मज़ेदार है। बहुत महंगा नहीं है। आप आराम और सुरक्षा से यहां समय बिता सकते हैं। इसके सिनेमा हॉल की दशा ठीक नहीं है। अगर आप अपने वाहन से आ रहे हैं तो वीकेंड्स पर दिक्कत हो सकती है। इसके दो भूमिगत तलों पर छोटी छोटी पार्किंग हैं जिनमें आने जाने का मार्ग काफी संकरा है। दोनों पार्किंग बहुत जल्दी ही भर जाती हैं और सड़क पर पार्किंग करने पर आपकी गाड़ी पुलिस ले जाएगी।

A nice place to hang out that isn't overcrowded with people. Food court is a little dated but the ground floor haldirams is a very nice place to chat over coffee and chaat. Would recommend for a date or for some quality time with family and friends.

I visit this place with my family just for movies
There is also food court available & a big haldirams also for all the veg lovers, plenty of food options available
