Pathetic place. Technician Aarif is the worst person. I will take action against him. I went there for CT Scan and they gave me dye before CECT. First time he was unable to give me dye. Second time again he gave me dye and all Dye started oozing out. Pathetic people never visit here. I had fever and infection after this. Even there is swelling after 2 days where Dye was given.

Not a Good Experiences
charges are High but no professionalism, male female Changing room & Toilet is only one & Toilet is Very Dirty, Entry in MRI Room is unhygienic & Direct Entry Etc, Waiting Time is Too High, in case of MRI First they are taking Money then They enquire about, ex Any metallic Rod in Body, Any Operation In last 15 days Etc Etc So I prefer to Recomend to go in Corporatre Hospital like Medanta / Apollo etc …

They are frauds and the lab CORE associated with them are cheaters. They didn't provide clear reports of biopsy which costs us 8k and then again we had to go for detail report for which we paid 8.5k to them. It took almost 20 days to get the reports.

It has the Best and most advanced MRI 3 Tesla and 128 slice Ultra HD Pet CT Scan Machine. Top Quality in reporting and scans which is accepted in top Hospitals of India. Doctors and staff are very experienced and takes very good care of the patients. The wide bore of MRI machine has made me feel less claustrophobic while getting my MRI spine done.

Very hygenic and clean enviornment. First diagnostic center which I ever seen in Lucknow. They provides best modality in Lucknow. The staff and team of the diagnostic center was very courteous and trained. I have very good experience in this center.

The location of the medical centre is easily accessible for the local as well as for the people from outside the state. The staff is expertise in their fields and are very friendly with the patients.

I recently had to undergo diagnostic imaging tests at SRMS Functional Imaging and medical centre Center, and I was impressed with the level of care I received. The staff were friendly and professional, and they made me feel comfortable and at ease facility was clean and well- maintained, and the equipment was modern and top-notch.
