Nice Experience with Starex.
Service is good.they offer Pick-up and drop facility also.

Two stars for just getting the work done. Neither on time, nor proactively, they will just do the work because they have to. I called them for pickup, nobody came even after a commitment. They do not make any efforts to let you know if your clothes have returned after dry cleaning. You will always have to keep track yourself. So overall in the age of solid customer support, they are just running business just because there is no competitors so far in the locality.

Pathetic experience, worst service ever. Never trust these guys. They label clothes wrongly and are not apologetic about it. Mismanagement and poor staff. Delivery date was 3rd of April 2019 but I am still waiting for my things. Blanket and jackets are not traceable still. God knows if my things are lost or what. No proper response still.
