Nothing bad to say about the staff and place. Better than most SBI experiences that you'll have. But the branch manager lady is the worst ever. I went 1.5 weeks ago to convert my savings bank account to NRO and she told me its going to take 50 days and that as you'll not be in India then, best to not do it. This is wrong as confirmed by the SBI NRI department the conversion can be done in 2 days from the day documents are submitted. Imagine breaking the law taking her word. I'd complain against her but her dad is the person who heads the region for the bank.

Everything went perfect and fine. Easy to acknowledge and employees are better in helping and communication

Finest bank when you are talking about clearing the doubts on any matter. The MBO (Divya Kant Pandey) always help clearly whatever the matter is related to your bank issue. Every staffs are always ready to help you, even Branch Manager (Raman Tripathi) gives ample amount of Time to resolve your issues. Also the environment is too calm there when every time I went there.

Bank Manager Raman tripathi sir ka behaviour bahut acha h coperate krte h apne har ek customer k sath me khud 3 se 4 baar visit kiya hu unke pass apne prblms ko leke.to unka behaviour bahut hi acha h and MBO divyakant pandey sir bahut hi helpful h ye dono log bank ke ek ache staaf h har prblms or confusion ko ye log door krne me mera bahut hi help kiye h

Extremely rude, unprofessional and careless staff and branch manager. Does not respond to any query or email. They keep sitting on basic things like kyc for weeks. SBI should fire such a incompetent staff and branch manager. These people are ruining name of state bank. I don't even want to give single star, this bank branch should be given -ve rating.

Staffs are not good I visited 3 times for my challan payment but they tell me to come on another date. It's very bad experience from my view
