Very bad services and rude behaviour from employees of this bank. I applied home loan but it's really a mistake. Private bank like HDFC does really well in home loan reimbursement but this is the first time applied through HDFC

Rude behaviour of counter no. 3 Mrs saxena, this SBI branch never solve my problem in one time of visit.

Visited again on 2nd November, 2022. I saw that they are giving very efficient services to Pensioners who visited for their Life certificate requirements. Hence, I am revising my Star ratings. The staff member are very helpful. They disprove the jokes about SBI staff. Their efficiency keeps waiting time to minimum.

State Bank Of India is located nearby in our area so i open my saving account from that bank, customer service was good, I got my bank statement on time the bank agent informed me every details required. It is very easy and convenience for money deposits.

Too rude behaviour and they charge for sign and photo verification every time. That is huge charge and no other bank charges the same.

We have given application requesting waive off and Branch manager assured me to look at this. But they never get back and addressed the issue and keep charging for further verification.
Specially rude behaviour of Anupama Singh. We will close all our 4 accounts from this branch and she straight forward said yes you can close and need to fill the form.

Don't know about the closing days of Home Loan work as they keep changing it. Earlier it was Tuesday then it changed to Monday and now Saturday and Sunday. Hopefully they are open on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Don't waste your time in calling the branch landline numbers. All 3 numbers will ring to you but in actual they never make enough sound for someone to hear it and to pick up.

Security guard was least helpful. As per him there is no ATM in this branch even though he sits right there. Also he was not on his position during duty

This is bigger mistake than my life i opened my mother's account in this bank i keep coming only for simple debit card with my mother and their staff is really irresponsible they also didn't gave good service to senior citizen And keep on delaying unnecessarily, my mother doesn't even know what is the status of her bank account even she is not able to withdraw a single penny to use.

There is no person available who can even call back and pick the call, very worst service by SBI and without customer knowledge amount deducted by bank.

Worst experience. The staff is so so rude. They don't have basic courtesy to talk. So arrogant, so full of attitude. Worst place to go to. Giving 1 star only because of the infrastructure part.

Better than expected, normally it takes a lot of time to process things, but our experience was quite opposite. The work was done at a fast pace and smoothly.

Absolutely disgusting and frustrating customer support experience. The phone numbers provided either do not work or no one answers it. They ll make u wait for long hours to resolve simplest of queries.

Very poor service, i have complained for my PMAY subsidy twice, but every time they say, it got missed. It's been more than 2 years but still my pmay subsidy is not processed alos.

Very good service and support by staff when you are switching your loan to SBI.
But no one answers your call after you have switched to SBI HFL.
No one takes responsibility to address customer issues and problems.

After closing the loan, I went to collect my docs back.
They told me to wait in queue. After waiting for 3 hours, I was told that my file is not with them.

Surprisingly my file has been moved to Delhi office and they will get it back from Delhi to Noida office. They asked me to contact at 2 number to check status next week.

After 2 weeks, no one bothers to answer my call.

Why these numbers are operational if no one is responsible to answer call.

Is it possible for everyone to visit to there office and wait for 3-4 hours to just check status.

Branch is located at good place building is also good. Staff is committed. Branch is open on Sundays but close on Mondays and 2nd and 4th Saturdays of every month.

They never pick call. So rude behaviour. Seems i have done mistake. Very poor customer centricity.

SBI is changing for good. Staff becoming cooperative. Location is good, just behind Radisson hotel

The racpc office is closed even on days not mentioned in the circular. Very slow processing. Files go missing.

Came here for collection of my property papers post loan closure on 5th floor (lift not working) and it took hardly 10 mins. The service is prompt.
