State Bank of India VAISHALI

I have been there multiple times with my senior citizen father and mother as it is near my home. My experience with the bank is ok and being a PSU ok deserves 5 star for me.

Despite being the largest bank, this SBI vaishali branch ATM is always a dross for customers who wants to withdrawal or deposit cash. It's an irritating and terrific experience for any kind transactions in this ATM. Though, the ATM is located along with it's bank branch, it doesn't have enough cash storage for withdrawal. In a uncertain times, It will dispense cash like a bolt out of the blue. Even if it does, again we have to wait for atleast 5 mins to complete the transactions. Such a sluggish ATM machine which is never ever maintained properly.

The staff & the security guard are very considerate and on the top of it, the branch manager is a blessing. May God bless them all
