I suffered from a severe anorectal disease, but none of the doctors could diagnose this properly. I consulted three top doctors in my hometown and even underwent one surgery. I was in deep pain that I was unable to walk properly.

On the day-1 when I first met with Doctor, she recommended some tests, and within two days, she operated on me again, and within one week, my situation started to improve.

The Centre is quite well maintained and the staff is helpful and supporitve. The facilities for patients are good. They take good care of the medical requirements of the patients. The Doctors here are professional and expert in their skill and take good care.

Sterling Medical Center is Dr. Neelima Hasan's Clinic in Gomtinagar, Lucknow. Dr. Neelima Hasan is a lady surgeon in Lucknow - specialised in LASER SURGERY for Anorectal Diseases: Piles, Fissure, Fistula, Pilonidal Sinus.

Went there for Tetanus Shot. The lady on the reception was so rude. She asked the doctor and told me that you will need prescription for this. They want me to spend 500 on doctor consultation and den for 50 rupee tetanus shot. I found it so irritating. Tetanus is a basic injection. I step out and went other hospital and get it done there without doctor consultation. Looters

Didn't attend patient even when it was agreed upon that patient couldn't make it up to clinic. Behaviour is pretty bad.

Poor service. Went dot on time for an appointment. Kept waiting for an hour, but the doctor was busy elsewhere.
Is it too much to ask for them to tell me before hand about the delay in appointment.
I could not even show the doctor coz I was getting late for flight.
I had come to Lucknow just for this appointment. I work in Bangalore. Parents stay here. I had come here for a day to show the doctor but did not happen.
