Joining these classes enhances my self confidence in health and as a public speaker, enjoying the activities ma'am is conducting in the classes such as teej function, flag hoisiting on independence day, dances and other fun activities.
The best part of my day is in going to this class, it provides me inner peace and obviously it enhances my physical fitness.
