Thanks! Dr Deepa ma'm for your 9 month support for helping my wife during pregnancy. But I disappointed to you and your hospital staff (nurses) at the time of delivery, we agreed to wait for normal delivery even my baby position is fine, nurses did not give anything to patients for eat, and said heart beat is low/high that the reason to make it c-section, so you denied to take wait, your staff is saying only c-section option. Then only we decided to change hospital and I am thankful to God that another hospital they admitted my patients and every report is fine and same day baby delivery done as normal. Anyways thank you for your support. Best of luck for your future.
But I am not satisfied with you and your staff (nurses) at last days conversation. How the way they are making patient and family afraid. If in your hospital have issue and only c-section is option then other doctor how they said it's normal and they proof as well as done normal delivery.

Never go there, sabse ghatia doctor or staff hai yaha ka emergency m koi lady doctor nahi milegi apko, yaha ke staff ko kuch nahi pata bss admit karne ka pressure bnate hai or pesa bnate hai, so pregnancy me kabhi apni wife ko mat leke Jana, Dr. Deepa or vha ka staff kbhi support nahi karenge, Dr. Deepa ke sumitra clinic par jaoge to vaha par vo alag behaviour rakhti h but jab aap sumitra hospital jaoge to vaha vo kabhi ni ati emergency me,

To agar apko apni wife or baby ko safe rakhna hai to kbhi mat jana,
Mera personal experience hai isliye ye sab yaha mention karna jaruri tha.

Patient is not only patient for them
They take it as a ATM card only
They will take all the charges before doing any kind of test
If you are leaving your patient in ICU so take all the responsibilities because staff is not cooperative here

I went Sumitra Hospital for my stomach infection. I was feeling very restless and uncomfortable with pain in my abdomen. I was little tense but the floor incharge mrs. Bindu came and made me very comfortable and take me to the room.
The room was neat and clean with all the amenities
The team of doctors was very good and friendly
They always satisfied me with all my queries especially Dr Ankit Gupta. He really helped me alot during my hard time through his knowledge and experience
The staff members were very nice with the quick response and good hand while taking blood samples and injecting canula
Overall I can say that it is one of the best hospital where I get the best treatment with best doctors and staff who treat me clinically and stress me out when I am getting negative

Let me tell you about this hospital they charge daily for a visiting doctor
They charge the amount the service they never gave.
My mother in-law was there in ICU 4 days plus private room for 3 days, zero improvement and the staff say suba vale ne bola to mai kya karu mujhe nahi pata.same story at billing or nursing staff.
They charged us oxigen usage even there were no oxigen connection for a day when she was in semi private room and that too with 2 male petient,
Doctor are not responding after we took her some other and better hospital which was taking care of her and not just looting us.
Even I called once to compliment number given on everywhere was a wrong number and when I shouted so people get to know heat is happening they suddenly changed all the poster.
In hospital canteen u won't find even water happened trice.
