Parking is a big problem since you have to park on road and please visit only if you can spend minimum of 2 hours as it takes times here due to the multiple tests they do before the actual doctor sees you

Very bad experience now, the staff is very bad, no management, staff does arguments with patients, there are 6 to 7 levels to reach the doctor. Doctor Nitin dua doesn't wants to keep the management in control. Now they are only earning money

Money minded doctors.they will make u feel worse and make you scared like you have no time for things and you have to get operated immediately, be it necessary or not.they are having n numbers of staff to make u feel like you are in 5 star hotel bt when it comes to your problem and treatment they know only one thing that is how to make money.they shamelessly ask about your Mediclaim policy and when you ask your doubt will give such looks like you have asked him to give his kidneys to you.

Don't waste your time there.we feel lucky that we went to other places as well for second opinion.otherwise god knows what he would have done.

My experience with sunetra overall is going on amazing! Miss Manju is really helpful and supportive, she guided me throughout my treatment. I had a lasik treatment done by Mr. Dua who is really calm and sensitive towards his patients! I’ll highly recommend sunetra if anyone is going through any kind of eye problem or eye infection!

Very poor hospital, my friend Vivek's mother lost her both eyes just bcoz of bulledy doctor, they are available there for only earn money and money whatever patient go their for treatment they suggest operation.

We found this clinic as one of the best place for your eye related treatment. After visiting so many hospitals and to the different doctors we experienced that every is just doing business but sunetra is different then others.

Best eye care hospital in ghaziabad, very efficient and cooperative staff, must preffered for leser surgeries

I am Dr A. K Srivastava, My Cataract operation was performed by Dr Nitin Dua on 11-12-2021on cghs reference I found parfect arrangment for methodocal check up, diagnosis operation and followup as per NABL guidelince.i found their staff to be very prompt showing due respect for patients. Hence their interaction with patients is very suthing and coortial. In the interest of eye patient i therefore record my blessing and best wishes.

Located in kavi nagar adjacent to goel stores, this eye care centre is built over 2 floors. The setup seems complete with 4 OPD eye doctors, relevant machines, sufficient waiting area and young support staff to help you at every step of the consultation. I went there for a family eye check up recently. Irrespective of the ailment, they have a standard process for every patient starting from checking eye sight, eye pressure, and dilated pupils (particularly for patients above age 50). The entire process will take around 2 hours and covered under consultation fees of Rs 300 (not sure about pricing of other tests).

However, I don't find them trustworthy as they randomly (couldn't explain the basis) suggested that one of the family members may have cataract without complete diagnosis. Must take a second opinion from outside in case they suggest surgery (which they are known to suggest a lot). Overall, ok for general checkup but need to stay cautious.

Worst eye center iin Ghaziabad. Wasting time and money of people. Don't have doctors to see the patient, just have sofas for waiting.

I got my mother's cataract operation at the hospital. It was done very professionaly within 15 minutes. Best thing is the humble and compassionate behaviour by entire staff. 1. The place cannot be trusted. It's a money minting machine.
2. My parents went there to check for cataract. They said the eye isn't working 50-60% and we should operate immediately. We took second opinions from other reputed doctors in Delhi and, to my surprise, we were informed cataract has not even started.

P.s. It's fine for a general checkup.

मैंने यहां पर अपना LASIK का ऑपरेशन कराया था, तीन साल पहले, अभी तक कोई भी दिक्कत नहीं हुई, और अस्पताल के लोग भी पूरी तरह ध्यान रखते हैं, अच्छा अनुभव था वहां पर, डॉक्टर भी अच्छे और पूरी तरह से प्रशिक्षित है।

No proper consultant, even the doctor is not listening the patient view on it and some stuff members have no idea how to talk a patient, very poor service

Mismanagement

Posting this review after almost one month of experience with this awesome hospital, its Doctors and staff. I deliberately delayed the review so as to put things in right perspective and not in a haste. I took my mother-in-law for eye check-up on recommendation of my colleague. My mother in law had zero vision in one eye and probably 20% in the other. She used to find it difficult to watch TV and read also. Our first experience was to interact with Dr Manju Chaudhary. She is a gem of a person and highly professional. After she carried out initial check-up with lot of patience, she took us to Dr Nitin Dua. The Doctor was amazingly humble and highly professional. He was clear in his recommended and so convincing. We followed his recommendations and got both eyes operated (by robotic laser technique) and the results are unbelievable. My mother in law can clearly see with one eye (no glass required now) and some light vision with other eye too (which had zero vision). The best part of this hospital is the systematic approach and courteous staff. After initial small formality at reception, your name will be called as and when your turn comes and one staff will be attached with you to assist through all proceedings. I really wanna thank Dr Nitin Dua, Dr Manju and all the staff of Sunetra Eye Care Centre for the treatment, professionalism and being so courteous. God bless you all.

Doctor is good but one have to wait for 3-4 hours for their turn even after appointment. Hope management of Sunetra also work on that.

Doctors and all staff are so coperative and make sure when u visit there u should take appointment at home so that u don't have to wait there. And also most important eye frame is toooooo costlyyyy. Also the lenses are too costly

The light of my mother's of both eyes had become scarce.
I showed my mother to good eye specialists in India, but everyone suggested that her eyes problem could not be fixed now. Last month I came to know about Sunetra
I showed my mother to Dr. Nitin Dua sir. Sir told me that both eyes of Maji will be cured. The doctor said that one eye of the mother left 1% and other one 12% light in the other eye. And it will be 1% - 40% and 12% - 80% after the operation. The operation was also done in 10 minutes without any surgery. And today my mother can see well. Finally, I will always be thankful to Dr. Nitin sir, due to which my mother can see well today.
