I heard that Dr. Mona Agarwal is one of the best gynaecologist of Moradabad… My wife had her first pregnancy as people suggested we also consulted her and had full treatment for first 7 months according to her but in the starting of 8th month she got bleeding and immediately we went to her clinic that it’s an emergency but she didn’t come down as that was her rest time and 2 nurses (just 18-20 yrs of age) have done checkup and said everything is fine and we have discussed with the doctor and she asked to give an injection and go n get an ultrasound done and come n meet her in the evening
So Is this the duty of doctor that when its an emergency and you are at that place only n you’ll not come to chck your patient n that too the patient had one more life in her body?
It was my worst experience ever…
And even in the evening she asked to show all the reports n then too on WhatsApp when we rchd her clinic. That’s how she’s doing her duties with the life of a mother and a baby

We had very pathetic experience with the doctor of Surabhi Nursing Home. She is very arrogant and worst doctor, don't know how to speak with their patient and her family members.

Very rude and arrogant. Dr Mona doesn’t listen anything nor advise anything and if you ask anything, answer will be ‘go and google it’. Agar google krke hi sab pata chal jata toh madam aapke paas aate kyu itni fees deke. Private hospital mein isliye jate hain log k bhai doctor sahi se sun le sahi se bata de lekin yaha toh sarkari Hospital se bhi bura haal hai. Very unprofessional doctor. Tests bhi wahi se karwane hain jaha se doctor madam batati hain varna tests invalid hain.
So pls go to some good doctor, there are many good doctors in moradabad who atleast listen, understand and advise you well. Baki choice aapki
