Pathetic services, incompetent doctors rude behaviour. Doctors here has no idea how to deal with critical situation.

They can't even treat simple viral fever, all they were focusing on admitting me for it to treat me, so they can charge x amount of money. I came back to my home town, consult the other doctor here and within 3 days am cured with my viral fever with some simple medicine. I guess all the doctors here are working as a sales agent to achieve their target. They really do not have and sympathy towards patients. Most of them are noob just working as corporate employees. Visit two times in two days to doctor prakash but alll he focused on admitting me just for viral fever. It's not funny but I guess they have sold their souls to demons acting like they are not belong to human race. This health care system needs to be improve urgently.

Worst hospital.
Here my daughter is born. These people had fractured the bone of my daughter's left hand. These people given medicine but did not tell that the bone of the hand was cracked. At least we could have kept her safely.

I went to Surabhi hospital for my follow up with Dr Kiran kaushal, hospital staff told me that she is on leave for 2 months, later from someone I got to know that she left the hospital, how could hospital fool me, I m so angry, I would have given -5 star if I could, how irresponsible attitude.

Very Pathetic and unprofessional Dr. Amogh dhudhewala. Msged hospital staff about delay and Made the patients wait for more than 2 hours and finally did not turn up even at 8.40 pm (Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday) visiting time 6.30-8.00 PM) Also his phone was either switched off or not reachable. Near by other dr. Clinics were also closed by that time so a day wasted.all patients along with me were feeling harassed.

Worst Hospital.staff are incopretive. They are totally dependent on the consultant doctors. They don't discharge patient immediately take 2-3 hours just for paper work. (Highly advice please don't admit here if they insist also). Good for gyno service not for the others.

I admitted in Surbhi Hospital, all the staff, doctors are helpful.prices are reasonable compare to other hospital, Cleaning, Food and other services also good, specially Dr Shukla very supportive those are unable to pay much fee Dr Shukla reduce the amount fee, that is very great of this hospital. Thank you!

Surbhi hospital is the best hospital in all over delhi NCR. All doctor and all staff are very good and also their behaviors are very good. All facilities are available here such as CT, 2D Echo, Ultrasound.

Dont visit this hospital…Dr. Shukla who is working here is a Gutkha eater and smell so badly.hospital unnecessary charge you money by creating fake panic…

I went to Surbhi hospital because there was pain in my teeth. But doctor did scaling of my teeth and charged 2200 rupees. This was an RCT case. But doctor did scaling to make money. After that I went to a private doctor then he did very good treatment and did proper RCT. There was no benefit of scaling. Also doctor did not do good scaling. I lost my 2200 hard earn money at Surbhi hospital. Doctor should do correct treatment. Doctor should not think to eran money always through patient.

Surbhi hospital is very good and we had use the services for delivery. Meenakshi mam is best doctor in surbhi for normal delivery. My wife has normal delivery on dated 12-10-2022 (baby boy) by Meenakshi mam. She is a great gynecologist in surbhi hospital.and she write only very limited medicine. She is also available on sunday (MONDAY TO SATURDAY -11 TO 1 PM AND SUNDAY 9 TO 11AM) Overall staff is good. All are systematic process in surbhi.we have given advise my friends to use the services of meenakshi madam for normal delivery

Today My Car theft. My patient is still admitted in Surbhi hospital. How worst it is, there is no kind of gurad security here

Surbhi hospital is a good hospital.and dr.is good but one problem is that Maine ek nimbulizer liya it was very costly.only 1 mask kit 543 rs.maine ghr aa ke dekha aisa koi bhi nimulizer mask kit nhi tha Jo 200 rs.se uper h kindly confirm that which nimulizer brand given me Jo ki 543 ka tha.baki sb thik h.kya koi bta skta h only mask 543 ka konsa h.

Dr. Nisha Chauhan is the best Gynecologist in Noida. She is very experienced, and friendly nature person and truly deserves all appreciation. I contacted them regarding a test of X-ray, they told me to send the prescription on WhatsApp and i asked them about the charges and timing, it is been 3 hours they are not replying on WhatsApp and call either. Worst customer service ever

Surbbi Hospital is one of the good hospital in NCR. And specifically I want to appreciate gynaecologist Dr. Pavana she is excellent and had done the right medication on timely basis.
Hospital and support staff are very good and helpful also their behaviors is very good.

I have been to Surbhi Hospital thrice.but my experience with surbhi hospital is not good.yahan ke doctors ka behaviour kafi bekar hai.esa lagta hai samney patient ko dekhna hi pasand nhi krte.ek doctor hone ke natey ek patient se kaise treat Krna hai, kaise baat krte hai inhe koi matlab nhi.yahan ke doctors ko humbleness naam ki koi cheez nhi pta.full attitude bhara h sab doctors m.aap jab yahan ke doctors se baat krogay toh khud pta chal jayega.khas kar KAAN kI jo doctor hain.ful attitude h hai ma'am m.staff ke sath bhi bohot bura behaviour tha unka.mere samne unki Jo staff thi. Good hospital but not have best doctors. Doctors are on average. All tests and doctors fee is less as compared to other. Staf and doctors behavior is excellent and explain everything in detail. Overall good hospital.

I have heard and carried a good impression about this hospital. My father is 80 YO and he is an ECHS beneficiary. I visited this hospital for surgeon opinion recently. One doctor named Vijay Sharma.he is always late to his OPD.the way he interacted with my 80 yrs old father.started with. BHAI, TUM! Is this the way to interact with 80 yrs old citizen that to an family of Indian soldier! Needs to be briefed accodingly.

We have used the services of the hospital many times, including the altrasound, skin, hepothropy and gynecologist units. We have observed courteous service, friendly doctors who advise appropriately and the place being good value for money. All staff very good behaviour.

Hamara first time visit hai hum Moga (Punjab) se aaye hai staff bahot cooperative hai kuch logo ko chhod kar. Doctor best advice dete hai. In emergency situation I'll prefer surbhi hospital. Safai bahot hi badhiya hai.
