The staff member of this hospital especially the one who handles Dr v.p Singh patients is very rude and doesn't know how to talk to other patients. This was my first and last visit to this hospital.

Dr. Indu Singh has extreme expertise in handling high risk pregnancy. Her team as well is also cordial and heart warming. The doctor is soft spoken and understanding
My experience with the hospital is very good be it with consultation, delivery, NICU or post operative support. I thank Dr. Indu Singh and her entire hospital team for handling my case so well and taking crucial decisions at right time. I thank her for successful handling of my case despite diabetes hypertension psychiatric illness and few more complications. I delivered safely and my baby survived in her hospital with severe birth complications.

Appointment procedure is very unfair.
Influencing people comes late and leaves first & those who are disciplined one, waits for along while, staff is also discriminate b/w patients.

The provided number in the website is not giving the required information and they don't have the idea of cunsultation timing of it's own doctor

Very bad services. Doctors OPD timing is very disappointing. It's never see on time. Staff behaviours is very rude and bad. I am not recommended to go there.

Caos, Caos Everywhere, You dont Get Receipt at Reception, You don't get informed about doctor's appointment time, Numbers are assigned without any order, they are calling numbers for patients as per their will and wishes
Every time we enquire for our number they say
' just sit back and relax, we will call you'

This place has a very knowledgeable doctor named (Dr indu Singh) she treats their patients in a very good manner and explains everything in a very simple way by using diagram and charts but problem arises during waiting time no. System doesn't work here influencial personalities are served first here whether they have appointment or not if you are willing to go here as a normal person keep your whole day time in your hand

Totally Fraud this hospital, Please don't go. Doctor asked for money give me 10000rs for surgery but after report nothing in report. Then I did not understand why were taking so much money.please don't go hospital.

बहुत ही घटिया हॉस्पिटल है दवा के नाम पर लुटते हैं एक बार भर्ती हो जाईये तो जमिन जायदाद बेचने के बाद ही निकल पायेंगे। वो भी इलाज सही नही होता है।

Hospital is the best in varanasi. The Doctors here is very good and experienced. The nature of the nurses here is very good and supportive.

Staff behaviour is very bad.although doctors are good but staff only knows how to take money from the patient and they easily ignored them.

He did not see me properly and diagnosed me wid viral fever with the staff giving me medicines even before my reports arrived on the speculation that as everyone was having dengue, i must also be having dengue. Under corporate annual health check up I paid extra charges for collection of blood at my residence Again I visited hospital for sample of blood.now I am asked to visit again for providing one more sample of blood. They forget about taking one more sample at my residence and hospital also. It cost money and harrassment to patient like me unable to walk property.when I reported this.negligence to hospital by email they even did not acknowledge the same.meaning thereby I have to visit hospital one again for sample and next visit for getting report.

Staff is not professionaly and it seems that they believe in making money only on the basis of fear of loss, only few doctors is specialist in their respective department.
They never give u clear cut picture, please avoid admitting in this hospital.
