My name is Neetu Singh. I am from etah (uttar pradesh).
My experience is about synergy plus hospital is very excellent and cooperative staff and doctors are very polite, soft spoken and expert in their work. I will be very thankful to Dr. Dharmandra tyagi and Dr. Mayank jain who treated my father. But it's medicines is very expensive comapare to other medicals. I will recommend it to everyone.

Radio-Diagnosis Dr. Nikhil Sharma is not punctuate on his time. His reporting time is 11: 00 Am and I was on 12: 00 pm there but I had to wait for 2 hours 20 minutes, he was not on his job place. He came at hospital at 02: 20 pm and his departure time is 03: 00 pm.
Such a poor punctuality of any Dr.

Radio-Diagnosis Dr. Nikhil Sharma regularly comes late, His reporting time is at 11: 00 pm but he didn't come till 02: 30 p.m.
And 03: 00 pm is his departure time.

Very good hospital and service is very fast.
Dr.puneet bhardvaj is very smart doctor.so thanks hospital.

Was operated for gall bladder stones. Dr Mayank is a very good surgeon. He listens to all problems and answered my questions. I am so happy after surgery

लेकिन नर्सिंग स्टाफ इतना बुरा है कि सरकारी हॉस्पिटल भी शर्मा जाए नर्सिंग स्टाफ तो पंचायत करने और मस्ती करने आते हैं

बहुत ही घटिया व्यवस्था है। अल्ट्रासाउंड कराने को पैसे 1400 ले लिए और बिठाए हैं दो घण्टे से. कोई प्रबंधन नहीं कोई नियम नहीं सब वकबास

Doctors are ok
But waited for 3hrs for any xray Report even staff said to wait for an hour, still after that stuff just asked to wait wait wait. Totally Disappointed

Excellent experience at Synergy hospital under Dr Mayank Jain. My wife have 5 surgery previously and was to undergo hysterectomy. People were suggesting for open surgery. But Dr Mayank helped us and she underwent total laparoscopic hysterectomy. The procedure was done successfully and she is absolutely fine now

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Mayank jain were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Mayank jain really took his time to explain my mother conditions with me as well as my mother treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this Hospital and Thanks to Dr. Mayank sir and sunny bhaiya who give friendly behaviour.

My uncle was suffering from kidney stone pain. The condition was critical. We called at your hospital, and at the call your hospital staff told us that doctor is available come in an hour. We rushed towards your hospital.

Your hospital receptionist staff at OPD of urologist is very rude. The man and the lady at reception did not listen to us for half an hour.

They was harrassing our family, they did not gave us any solution.

SYNERGY PLUS HOSPITAL IN Aagra is very bad and this hospital is earn money. Doctors, nursing staff, cleanliness is very poor and the staff is making money and they are not care of the patient. This Hospital Staff is very cheap and cheat. Hospital is very bad. And the doctors are not talking with Patients and attendor. Doctors and Staff are saying we earn money we don't care any patients and they are blaming against you. They are saying why you come this Hospital.
Staff is very bad totally disappointed service here not to do mistake for come to get solution your patient. If you come here only for lose your money and Doctors moto only earn or loot money note to cure pateint.

Considering as one of reputated hospital if talking about hospital staff like pharmacy/attendent and cleaning staff behavior is very rude.toilets of even ICU are very dirty pic enclosed.

Hospital property is quite spacious but visitor here park thier vehicle on road
I must say atleast 1 of the road lane is occupied by visitors vehicle specially CARs
Hospital staff must ask them to park thier vehicle in parking area

Just saw in news. How it is not able to save a healthy lady from Corona and even after death; given bill of whopping 15 Lakh! For failed treatment! Beware from inflated bills.

The hospital is very badly managed. Patients are kept in dark out side doctors chembers. Hospital administration should work for the comfort of patients. Lots of space for improving patients care. Dr Sameer is excellent doctor.

Good hospital. Dr.shikarwar is the best chest doctor in agra. Hospital staff is full cooperative and supportive towards their patient.

Just get out from this hospital if you are thinking that your patient will be recover.
This hospital will charge you like a hell until your patient will die, they will terrify patient family that, its very complex very much risk associated in operation and trap them and then start charging for every small things.
If you are in this hospital just just ran away with your patient get refer from doctor to other good hospital.

Dr is good but management is not good when you call for appointment the they don't have basic ethics how to talk with customers. Very rude behaviour.

Dr. Arvind k agrawal, Dr. Rakesh Tyagi and their ICU staff are focused on to admit patient in ICU and make (lootna) money by using so much medines and ventilators.

The hospital has not made any arrangement for attendent s of the patients. Attendent waiting overnight suffer due to their mismanagement.

Dejectedly, have to share the worst experience I've ever had with the night shifted staff.
Last night (Sep14,2020 22: 30) my father Mr. Rajendra Prasad Sharma, patient of doctor Sanjay Sharma admitted since 7 Sep.was down with the sudden acute pain in his hand where the intracath injected. I called the staff through landline but no-one came.after 5-7 minutes I went to the desk where two ward boys were freely talking told me to bring some injections.while coming back from the store, I reminded them to come but they token deaf ears to me. I kept calling but no-one responded at last I had to do experiment with my whining father and tried to fix it.somehow I did it but the behaviour of staff will be discountenanced.

Good hospital in agra and very clean hospital, awesome infrastructure, nursing staff is very good but some doctors are arogant. Sometimes they are very confident and do not want to listen what the patient want to say. This should not be in practice.

Very poor servive of all the hospital i give blood semple and he says that i will send report to your watsapp number and i call him to send report my number all staff are saying that he has not a internet plan so he cant send report on watsaap i also send him my bill number and now i am in delhi how chep these people hramk@@r

My father is Sugar and BP patient. He also had Stenting few years back. When he needed Laparocopic surgery, it was done safely at Synergy hospital by Dr Mayank Jain. My father is well now. Thanks.

They all are very rude in nature. They just want your money doesn't matter what's the condition of patient if you don't have sufficient money at that time they do not take your patient so this is my request to all of you before you go there i am suggesting others hospital rather than this one

Worst for emergency cases. They play with the life of patients. Once my mother's brother got a brain hemorrhage, then everyone took him to this hospital at 11PM. The doctors saw him at 12PM in noon the next day. Mind that the case was an emergency. He died. It doesn't even deserve one star.

Worst hospital ever.if there is emergency plss don't go there plss never doctors will not come at night they only tell there assistant to give medicines.they come in the morning doesn't matter about the sufferings of patients and their families

The over all experience was very poor.this hospital doesn't respect others time and i had to wait for 3 and a half hours to get a basic investigation like echo cardiogram done.the doctor when came after 3 and half hours just spent 30 seconds on my actual test.

Chutiya hospital. Doctor are good but charges for everything and dont give full info. They will make you wait for them for hours. Most chutiya staff, dont have sense how to talk. Every staff comes and ask for money even though doctors take fees for every little things. The most chutiya thing is that they wont give you full info. Middle class people and lower than middle class should not go there as they charge for everything and dont give medicine if someone is sort of money even if the pateint is dying, they dont care. All they care about is how they can charge people for money for every little thing when they dont give facilities at time.

In OPD toilets r in worst condition.
Payment reciepts and patients file were not properly given to patients (it was given to wrong patient).

Completely endoscopic hospital.means for every problem related to stomach (gastroenterology) even small they asked for endoscopy in their hospital to earn money. They suggest 9 out of 10 people to do endoscopy. Mostly villagers type of people's comes to this hospital hence they easily go to this procedure. Since morning they start doing endoscopy for lots of patients.

This Lootera Hospital charges 1% extra for card payment which should be pay by hospital themselves.

Worst services ever, staff have not manners to talk Dr Taneja's behaviour is very bad. They looted us. I hated it.

Nice and caring doctors and staff, good and reasonable treatment. Have its own pharmacy so you don't need to go out for medicines. Even, have a canteen. Rooms are divided in private, deluxe and suite like hotel! Room service for food items is little slow. Otherwise, the hospital is okay. Accepts TPA.

एक दम घटिया सर्विश, ICU के नाम पर ठगी पेसेंट के रिलेटिव को कोई भी सही बात बता कर नही देते है,
यहा के डाक्टर कसाई है कसाई
में अपने पिताजी को लाया है हास्पीटल में पिछले ढाई महीनों से मेरे पिताजी OPD की दवा चल रही थी अचानक ढाई महीने बाद पाच दवाओं की जगह पर सात दवाओ को कर दिया गया, फिर मेरे पिताजी की तबियत बहुत ज्यादा बिगड़ने लगी, मेने डाक्टर को फोन पर बोला की सर मेरे पिताजी की तबियत बहुत ज्यादा बिगड़ने लगी है तो डाक्टर सजंय शर्मा ने बोला की आप हास्पीटल में ले आओं,
रात में इमरजेंसी में लाने की बाद इमरजेंसी स्टाफ बोलता है 12 घंटे रखेगे ICU में, और इन कमीनों ने तीन दिन मेरे पिताजी को ICU में रखा, इतना मानसीक टार्चर करते है की हम बता नही सकते आपको,
ये लुटेरे है लटुेरे इन को शर्म भी नही आती है कसाई है ये कसाई
इसे लिखने तक में अभी भी हास्पीटल में हूँ मेरी मानसीक दशा को बहुत खराब कर दिया है इन्होने

Reasonable costs for procedures, lower than most. Staff was great. Fast and easy procedures. Cleanliness and equipment were top notch. Consultation was quite informative. Lacks parking space though. I appreciate the efforts of gastro team. A big thanks to all of them.
