Day by day their service is getting worse. The owner is good but the rest of the workers are not good. It may be my experience as well as yours. The biggest problem that I am facing is that after 10 pm they came to work. And you will not match their words.

These guys really do not have any knowledge on repairs and service of equipments.
My air conditioner was leaking water and they told us that the drain pipe socket is broken and needs to be changed. They literally swapped the side of drain pipe and sealed up the plastic drainage, thereby ruining the original setting of our air conditioner. The leakage still did not stop.
When we called the authorised service guys from Voltas, they told us that there are 2 drainages and the second one was simply blocked by dirt and debris and needed to be cleaned.
Taj air guys have no knowledge, and they are not at all considerate even, they just refused to accept their lack of knowledge and are not really recommended.

P. S: now they will reply on my review stating how sorry they are for my experience, well they’re not, because we called them again for resolution and they did not even get back.

I have used their services for last 2 years and their quality of work and technicians has exponentially gone down. They donot have senior technicians any more and are sending untrained and unprofessional rookies to work on expensive AC equipment.

My recommendation is to look for another service provider as Taj air cool's technicians will probably damage more than fix your equipment.

Additionally, their field staff are mannerless, especially a person named Salman, and are always rushing to finish work and goto the next job assignment. This means they'll do poor quality job.

If youbare already troubled with summer heat then save yourself from the harrasment of inexperienced technicians who will ruin your equipment.

Taj Air Cool Service & Repair services are very poor and worst. Their elctricians are careless and irresponsible. They had damage my Split AC and Owner of the agency has refused to take any action regarding the incident. Very poor performance by Taj Air Cool.

Inexperienced electricians provided by Taj Air Cool Repairs & Services. They made my gadget worse and created a lot pressure for payment in adavnce.

Poor quality work performed by Taj electricians. Irresponsible, Careless and money minded agency. Be aware of such firms.

Confirm the charges of visit and servicing clearly, every time you call different people pick up the phone, charges told over call are different and after work the charges taken are different. Take in written before getting any work done else they will never ever accept what they said earlier.

Poor service, without consulting customer they put new parts in to appliances & afterwards ask for unknown charges.
