Good people. They could not completely diagnose my Car's AC even after 4 service attempts, I have already spent good amount on it. However very helpful Body shop team specially Jaswant ji, for claim related things.

Very cheap work in denting painting, they use used parts inside and claim for new. Will never use their services again. Completely ruined my Harrier

The Service Centre in terms of repair and Service is good but the management is poor. They would accept your car for service and keep it aside half day and make customers wait then they would start working on it when the customer reminds them constantly. Also I have found that their charges are quite high compared to other service centres.

So if you are ok with poor customer service, long waiting times and higher charges you can take your car here for service.

PS: The only thing good here is the mechanics are knowledgeable and they know there job well.

It was my Nexon 3rd Free service due and and the job completed in due time while they have charged full Rs. 7000/- plus. The Goldruch even didn't taken the free coupon for exempting the service charges besides they have not given me receipt of charges and said the computer is down and will send the receipt on Whattsapp.
After several complains I am still waiting the receipt of above amount and they don't respond.
Still I have this 3rd free service coupon with me. Please Tata Motors suggest me what to do to revalidate this service coupon

Too.expensive, less man power. Takes so much time even for basic servicing.
Support system is below standard.

Greetings to all staff. Honest in working.kind behaviour in all communication. Stay ahead. Clear and clean your waiting area!

Situated at very poor dirty place with waterlogging. Working space also crowded and shabby. Mechanics and supervisers are good and service is excellent.

Very bad cleaning service of car they had done. Lots of dust remained around as it is after their service. Totally disappointed.

They will not start working until you force them to do…even they took 6 hours for my car’s 2nd free service.and not a single issue was resolved.

They are not even also equal to 1 star also
Unprofessional staff as well as the seniors. Not even bother to listen to customer. Solving problems of customer is long away. Staff is required to be changed

Did book my service a day before. Ms. Rashmi who attended my request booked the service but on the day of service I called multiple times but no response and not even acknowledgement to messages sent.
Horrible experience and very unprofessional.
Please get your car serviced anywhere except goldrush. My genuine suggestion to all.

Worst customer handling.
No one is answerable from executive to AGM no one feels to solve customer issues and to take serious cognisance.

They are doing fraud when customer taking car loan in my case they have issued my car loan incorrectly with wrong tenure and roi and i asked to update my registered number in fastag that is still lingering after 3 months.

I wll rate zero for tata goldrush …dont go there …they are totally unprofessional, unskilled. I went there for my car’s 2nd free service and dashboard sound issue. They took 4.5 hours and then their mechanic said sir “feviquick laga dun usko kholunga to gap badh jaayega aur awaaz aane lagegi “.

This time very poor experience. They have unnecessarily charged 1000 for AC cleaning. Just 4 spray of a chemical costs RS 1000/- This is very unfair.

They couldn't even diagnose the problem.if somehow the find it they try to fix it temporarily.

During the service one of the part which needs to be changed was not available so I requested them to order the same and let me know when the part is delivered, Now even after 10 days they have not came back to me and when I called for the status 5 days back they told they will check and revert back however again no call is recieved.

They over billed me for items which was not used. When pointed it out the bill was corrected otherwise I would have paid more.

Courteous and responsive staff under the guidance of the Manager Vivekji. My vehicle had multiple issues which could not be deciphered for which several visits had to be undertaken, but were eventually addressed

Worst service centre! Unprofessional. My nexon petrol is giving worst average and inspite of telling them many times they did nothing except giving long long bills! Whenever i tell them the problem, they just take my vehicle to shaheed path and show on instant average that is giving correct average but hardly do anything. And simply say that this the only parameter to check the average and above all rudely ask " aap he bataao hum aur kya kare". They asked me to get the car service and told that the problem will be over after that, what they did is " sif ye change hoga wo change hoga" and made a bill of 17000!
A road side mechanic is much better that their boys! I know after reading this the company will only reply that sir plz mail us. But i m writing this for other customer plzz don't visit here!

Over charging for car paid service.they are looting common man. I went for Tigor service.you don't believe they made bill of 10k for oil change service.

Everything's good but I reduced one star because no mechanic was working on my car. I complained to the Manager then they started working.

Very pathetic service at Tata.no one try to listen Customer's problem and try to resolve them. Seems Tata needs to work more to provide good service after sales which is still missing. Technician and advisor just says that, this problem is with all tata cars, they can't do anything.

Frankly speaking, I will never visit this service station.

Very unprofessional staff and they don't care about their customer leave apart your vehicle. They told me to get my silencer quoting to avoid rust (on my new vehicle) and i agreed to that but after getting it done my silencer covered in rust within 3 months and now they hiding their faces and blaming each other. No complain resolved. They are big thugs. You can get your service elsewhere but beware of goldrush motors.

I visited Goldrush Service Center for 3rd service of my Tata Harrier XM, I have been using tata cars for allmost 10 years now and got my vehicle serviced in Telangana, Haryana, Delhi and UP. Clearly I can say the best CRM I have met with is Shalini Bhatiya (goldrush service center in lucknow). Other than visiting showroom, she had been very supportive on telephonic calls as well. Tata Motors has definitely done good job in terms of customer satisfaction.kudos to the team members like Shalini.

Overall Good service experience. Could have been a little better in terms of cleaning which is what we as a customer can see at the first sight.

I am a regular customer. The performance of this workshop is good. Would appreciate if the waiting room is improved and the road to the workshop repaired.

Took my new Nexon to resolve Sun roof issue, initially they started doing the calibration without having a clear idea on the problem but when they were not able to resolve. Someone senior from their team told us that Sun roof required an upgrade which was supposed to be done in the first service this miscommunication is something which could have been avoided and would have saved hours of my time but eventually my problem got resolved for which I'm happy.

Good quality polite behaviour Goldrush Tata has set high standards in lucknow and has helped in regaining trust in Tata service

Service center is good, but they don't have price list and in general services they do nothing and charge a huge amount, if you want take some service pay apart from that, and worst thing is billing always cheated the people, very surprised with his billing system

Very good service offered by Tata gold Rush my tata tigao car some technical issues in Central locking he sloved in given time and Here staff very respectfully treated every Customer I personally found Tata gold Rush service is very good if you have owned a tata car in Lucknow please use their service onces

Service staff is not professional, take unnecessary time in service. No one is care about your important time.

Fair dealing with customer, service engineer give information regarding work which is to be done. I had good experience with goldrush from beginning of the day.

Here should be servicing status display in waiting area. No where mention the servicing charges board. Staff is very good and cooperative.

Not bad, it was my first visit to this service centre. Good part of this service centre, you can instruct them as per your requirements. Please be careful in charges, they might add some unnecessary charges. Rest everything is fine and it is situated after polytechnic signal towards high court.
