I had multiple treatments at this clinic, as did my family members. I got RCT, cleaning, capping etc done. Dr. Bora did a fantastic job, I'm very satisfied with the service.

Quality treatment, good attitude staff and generic cost. Fully satisfied for my RCT treatment.

Had a RCT treatment for my brother it was great and painless as his last experience was very bad and had too much pain, so he was not ready but when we met Dr. Prasurjya Bora he assured us it wont be painful and then we went for the treatment and actually it was painless with awesome results. I had a bad experience here during my teeth scaling. The electricity went out several times and I was charged Rs. 2,500, while the market rate is only Rs. 1,600. I would not recommend this clinic.

Seems fake people/ trainee/staff, making money for just checking teeths on the name of Dr. Prasurja Bora and stamping Dr Bora name on the prescription paper.

If you are not giving treatment due to Pediatric doctor (Dr. Bora) not available at your clinic who treats kids then WHY you guys are checking kids teeths and asking Dr Bora will treat you and available for 4-5 days and makes 300bucks

I would like to give my review for Dr Bora I must say he is quite soft spoken and listens to his patient very carefully.
I was in great pain he calmed me down and with the help of all his experience he took out my wisdom tooth.
I am quite satisfied as i would recommend in gaur city if any one is looking for a dentist who is not only experienced but talk nicely should do visit him he is a good Dentist thums up.

Dr. Bora- One of the friendliest doctor's I've ever met. Very good at his craft and makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole process.

Previously I had very bad experience of my dental treatment but when I went to the family dentist for tooth pain in my wisdom teeth, Dr explained me throughly and nicely and I had painless extraction of my wisdom teeth. Really impressed with clinic staff and their dedication to patients…

The Family Dentist is one stop solution for all dental problems. It's run by Dr Balram Garg and Dr Radhika Garg and both of them are simply pioneer in their fields. I visited the clinic for my mother's dentures (upper jaw and lower jaw). When I went there first time, even I was not sure if I would get such a nice and genuine doctor. He gave me very genuine advice and explained all the possible options very well.
Dr Balram Garg is one of the finest doctors I have ever met. He is very calm and well behaved. It's really difficult to find such a humble doctor. There was some probelm with lower denture of my mom and my mom was not quite happy about it. But Dr Balram Sir made it sure that the issue with lower jaw denture is resolved. And my mom is also very pleased with him. Thank You Balram Sir!
I would really recommend people having dental problems to visit the clinic without giving a second thought.

I had a harrowing time availing the services of Mr. Balram. I don't consider him to be a dentist as his behaviour and the language he speak is that of a goon. I should have taken a video and posted it so that others can see his real professionalism. He is not worth to be called a human. He is just making money fooling patients and disgracing his profession. People just beware!

My experience was very good with The Family Dentist for the treatment of wisdom tooth extraction. No pain at and after surgery.

Don’t who is giving him best doctor and all those accolades, I called him for tooth cleaning which his employee or he himself didn’t clarify how much and insisted on visiting the clinic. As I visited his clinic he was busy and I went outside to attend a call he panicked and sent one of his staff to bring me inside the clinic fearing I might go to another clinic. However, when I sat on his dental we barely chit chatted for a 2 minutes and I asked the amount for tooth cleaning which he said it’s 2500. I said it’s way higher why didn’t you tell me earlier. Which he took offense and asked from where I AM. Thinking probably I am an alien.knowing nothing about my surroundings. He said people from small city doesn’t know price. I quoted Dr Vashishth dental clinic from Vaishali and Indiarapuram which is a well known name. Anyway, when I said I wouldn’t like to do cleaning he insisted for a consultation fee of INR 300. Which is unjustified. He appears to be money hungry and work like an agent in a government offices whose while intent is to get money from customers by any mean. My advice to you is ask him price before you take his any service otherwise he can quote any amount. In one word he is not a doctor a GREEDY and money hungry body. What advice and consultation you gave to me make it clear? You checked my teeth and I asked the amount. Your arrogance is clearly visible in your reply as you’re demeaning vegetable sellers and retailers by saying window shopping. There’s no difference between you and any service provider. Note in your mind that you are offering a service and I have full right to evaluate the worth of money. Answer me on one thing why you send your staff when I went outside to make A call? Be honest to yourself. You are a dentist, a human body. People selling vegetables and anything are also human. Don’t think you are superior to them. At least they are better in terms of offering services to their customers by making things transparent well in advance.

Great experience, got a re-RCT done here after an unpleasant experience with another doctor. They were able to save the tooth.

For the first time in my life I saw a dentist who threaten his patient to cover his incompetency. Extremely bad dentist and worst human being. I consider him to be a goon.

A great place with great Doctors! When I went in to The Family Dentist clinic I was not expecting much but what could be a better than curing your worst dental issues.
The dentist was really informative. He made sure that I knew everything about my dental problems in details. After getting my teeth scaling and meds and other precautions I have been completely overwhelmed by the great and quick results.

He determined the problem in 2 minutes and gave me the medications, however the medications are ineffective. I've seen a lot of physicians, but he has the ability to diagnose an issue without even asking the patient. I paid him the whole consultation fee but received no results; therefore, please do not spend your time by seeing this doctor. Please locate an alternative dentist.

Went for the root canal of my wife's tooth. The process was smooth aa expected. Doctor and staff are very reassuring and would answer the queries in a professional way.it really justifies its name. It indeed is a "Family Dentist"

I went for my wisdom tooth extraction. It has been three weeks now and I am perfectly fine. No pain during procedure. Doctor was very calm and composed. I am very much satisfied. Please go ahead if you have wisdom tooth problem. There is nothing to worry about.

My experience has been quite good. Both docs are quite professional and clear in their approach. Treat politely and i don't see the rush in completing things for covering more patients which is more imp. Good enough to recommend.

I had severe pain in my tooth bcs of cavity -hole-and infection deep down in the root. I wanted to remove the tooth bcs of the pain I already had and additionally the fear of pain of rct But with the advise of Dr Radhika I went for rct. It was a very satisfying experience with Dr Balram and Dr Radhika. No pain in the treatment. It was like if they cd feel the pain of their patients well.they arranged all my sittings as per my convenience.very much satisfied with rct -capping- filling.now I am able to use it without any problem which I wasn't able to for last two years.they were very cordial through out the treatment. One of the best Dentist near Gaur City, Noida Extension. Dr Balram has great experience in removing the wisdom teeth very quickly without any pain. Dr Balram also has great skill in performing surgery. My daughter was hurt while doing Roller Skating and she got the stitches done by Dr Balram and Dr. Radhika. It was done so nicely that when the wound was healed, stitch marks was almost gone. They both are very friendly, humble and will always give you the good advice. This is a place which you can trust.

My mother law's teeth was injured and infected since her childhood, I visited family dentist clinic for this. Dr. Balram checked it and cyst formation was diagnosed in upper jaw near to root of tooth. He did a painless surgery of the mouth and removed the cyst successfully. He did RCT of both the tooth and capped both the tooth successfully. Now she got her smile back. I felt happy for her. Dr. Balram and Dr. Radhika both are competent enough and friendly too.
