I visited with my father in gastro liver hospital on 5th September. My father was on trouble bcz of stomach problems. We visited everywhere in kanpur but not get relief, when dr V. K Mishra treated my father then he got relief. I don't know for others but for us he is like a god. Thanks a lot Dr V. K Mishra and supportive staff also

Please no one ever come here, you will keep people sitting from morning to evening and then they will tell you to come tomorrow, don't go to their YouTube channel at all because it works opposite to what they say in it. And once someone consumes the medicines prescribed by him, then he will have to live on his medicine for the rest of his life.
Now some people learn from the mistakes of others, so I told my mistake, rest of the people can go there and learn.

Worst staff specailly medical store person. They don't have manner how to speak and directly they are saying "na lo ye yaha se". They day will come sure nobody will come over there.

Staff behaviour is very bad very rude.non professional attitude. They treat patient as animals. At times this hospital was very good but not now. Dr V. K.mishra replaced with his daughter now. Each and every patient is forced for ultrasound Endoscopy and colonoscopy.overall very bad experience.

Experience with the Doctor was gentle. But the staff is seriously very rude. It never seems like they are really working in HealthCare sector. They don’t know that Patients should be treated very politely. Most disturbing things I found was revealing Patient’s past and Personal Information in-front of others, this is against Health Care protocols.

I experienced very poor service. Had to wait for a short consultation from 7 am to 10: 30 pm. There is no value for other's time.

I personally saw 3 person dying infront of me but doctors are busy in there room. Me and my family got mentally harassment here. But we have no hope to leave hospital because no other hospitals admit my father because we have operation on here.

Hospital staff is busy flirting and joking with each other. Gross misconduct and zero professional etiquates. Do not recommend this hospital.

Zero Mangement. They keep waiting patients by saying we will take appointment from 7-8 am but the person who takes appointment comes around 8: 30 am and Moreover, people are entering in the queue from anywhere.there is no number/token system.even after waiting for 2 hours you don't get appointment they say come again next day and take appointment.
Rubbish no value of others time and efforts.

I went to the hospital after watching video from you tube nd heard lots of about sir dr VK Mishra i was suffering since last 10 years went to see so many dr and spent lots of money but trust me its been only 10 days nd i got the result now i m healing and few staffs are really bad in talk but miss Azmi is so beauty with talk face and so humble her way to talk with patient and the way she helped really appreciable.

Rude staff doesn't know how to read, write and speak. Just after patients money doesn't matter what they go thru. Harsh language used by staff if asked anything.

Worst time management. For OPD you have to spent whole day. The don’t understand value of time.

Although the doctor is excellent but they're totally money minded, They kept me admit for almost a week; I had minor discomfort to begin with but they did so many bs tests that weren't even needed just to milk money!

Doctor comes at night 11 PM and will give you maximum of 20-30 seconds even if you're admitted

Treats the patient very badly. We had gone from Tamil Nadu for a special meeting with the doctor. I couldn't stop because I didn't have any more vacations. We were not given permission to see the doctor and I came back to Tamil Nadu

Most pathetic hospital with worst services. Doctor nurse or any other staff, they all are way too rude and useless. My mother was admitted there over a week, all they did was to make fat pay checks. V. K. Mishra doesn't prescribe medicines. Junior doctors write medicines in file and every time you visit a new doctor will prescribe medicines and tests.

वी. के. मिश्रा दवाई नहीं लिखते हैं। जूनियर डॉक्टर दवाई लिख कर फाइल वी. के. मिश्रा के पास पहुंचा देते हैं। वी. के. मिश्रा 3-4 सवाल पूछ कर आपको बोलेंगे ये दवाई ले लेना और टेस्ट करा लेना। जितनी बार भी आप जाएंगे हर बार एक नया डॉक्टर दवाई लिखता है ये आपको डॉक्टर की लिखावट देख कर पता चल जाएगा। वी. के. मिश्रा सिर्फ चेहरा मात्र हैं। ₹800 फीस उनके नाम की ली जाती है, काम सब जूनियर डॉक्टरों का होता है। एक्सरे, अल्ट्रासाउंड, ब्लड टेस्ट जैसे कुछ जबरदस्ती के टेस्ट वो सभी से कराते हैं।

First they will ask patient to come empty stomach at 5AM to form queue to take appointment. Appointment number are being allotted at 7: 00AM then they will ask you to pay for X-Ray test (without even asking about the problem, IT'S MANDATORY LOOT. One has to pay ₹300 for X-ray without any reason and ₹1000 for first time visit.) Then after, V. K. Mishra sits on chair at 12: 00 PM. You will get to meet him by 1-3 PM as per number.

Pathetic thing is when doctor actually sits at 12: 00 PM why do u call patients at 5: 00 AM? Moreover they keep instructed not to eat anything till the doctor see you. It means you will have to keep fast for whole day long.

MOST IMPORTANT THING TO NOTICE:
Your file will circulate among the junior staff. And you will never know who has prescribed medicine on it. Whoever prescribe will not consult you and at the end it will be presented in front of V. K. Mishra. If you NOTICE, V. K. Mishra will not write medicines.he will ask few random questions and that's it. HE IS JUST A FACE. File will be handed over to you. Next time when you visit, same will happen but handwriting will be different (means another doctor has prescribed medicines for you.) I visited four times till now and every time a new handwriting (a new doctor has given prescription.)

Very rude staff, they handed me ultrasound report of some other patient. Staff don't know how to talk to patients, even staff in government hospitals behave better than these people. They get your chest Xray done for Rs300 from every patient before entering hospital which Dr is not even bothered to check. You have to wait for hours before you get to see doctor. Hospital just want to make money, you won't get relief even.after spending thousands of rupees. Total waste of time and money.

Totally money minded place. Bad doctors and staff. Never recommend anyone to visit here. Everyone has to waste the entire day to meet the doctor. And when doctor comes, he even does not bother to listen to you properly and try to finish you within a minute of time. Staff is pretty illiterate and rude. They force you to buy medicines from their medical store only. They also admit patients. Main doctor is always in a hurry. All the cases of admit patients are handled by his juniors only. These junior doctors look more like hooligans than doctors. Instead of treating, they are more interested in extracting money from you. If you raise any questions, they can misbehave too. Do not go there. There are many lot better options and better doctors available now in Kanpur.

Very Bad Hospital of the Kanpur. I never recommend anybody to visit this Hospital. They will make you to wait whole day for meeting with doctor to show the value of doctors. Also, due to them only Cases of COVID-19 is gradually increasing as they unnecessary collect the crowd.

We were made to purchase medicines for a test and on next day Dr V K Mishra refused to conduct the test and did not reimburse the amount charged. This is day light robbery. We went to regency hospital which had better facilities and lesser charges.

Only name exists, bur that doesn't reflect into their behaviour when enter into the hospital, very very very bad staff, you would not feel good and wouldn't like to visit then after, these kind of people.can understand the level of disappointment, they don't even know how to talk- feeling like in government hospital, appointment booked at 7 AM, then x-ray for 300 rs, now wait for 4 hrs for next opd round, cost 1000, sit in basement again for 2 hrs to get your name called, Keep patience, you will not leave before evening. Preference is given to outsider, if you are local, you wouldn't be preferenced irrespective of at what number your name registered in the morning.
Take 6 to 8 hrs in hand if have to come here, probably a full day leave if working professional.

The staff is highly untrained and very indiscipline. You wont get any information from them 4 to 5 days after online booking. Suddenly they willschedule your appointment. No one picks up the phone number mentioend on the site. Its useless to book any appoinment here. I dont know for what they are charging so high.utter Useless.

The only thing this doctor wants is money. No proper way to schedule appointment without spending 5-6 hours, then 5-6 hours more wait for that appointment.

मेरी मम्मी को पलटी और साथ में सिर दर्द हो रहा था जोसके लिये अभी हाल में हम उनको लेकर गौए थे तो डेली शाम को मिश्रा जी आएंगे और आपको एक नया टेस्ट लिख कर चले जाते हैं और प्रॉब्लम पूंछने पर आपके ऊपर गुस्सा करेंगे ऐसा 3 दिन तक चला और कुछ भी नहीं बताया जिससे हमने उनको कही और रेफर करने को बोल दिया तो बोले आप एक दिन और देख लो ।
इनके यहां पर स्टाफ का व्यवहार बहुत बुरा है और हॉस्पिटल को बस आपके पैसो से मतलब है आपसे जबतक पैसे मिल रहे है तो ठीक है, और उसके बाद हम मम्मी को लेकर ग्वालियर गए जहाँ हमने बिरला हॉस्पिटल में दिखाया और उनको न्यूरो प्रॉब्लम बताई और आज उनकी तबीयत बिल्कुल ठीक है
