Attended a marriage function.great space for organising family functions. Value for the money spent.

Very bad experience, we have booked for 3 days but worst experience.staff behavior is very rudely.housekeeping service is very poor.once we confirm with his staff regarding problem facing in previous day however they have not checked anything and same issue found while we come back in hotel. If anyone wants photos and videos we are providing anytime but don't book this property.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude and share my pleasant experience at your hotel, Lalita Grand, in Mathura. My friends and I were on our way to Delhi from Agra when we stumbled upon your hotel. Initially, we didn't plan on staying overnight, but we decided to stop by to freshen up a bit. To our delight, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Bhudev, who not only greeted us with welcome drinks but also went above and beyond to take care of us during our short visit. The lobby and washrooms were beautifully designed and well-appointed, which added to the overall positive impression of the hotel. We were thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the property. Based on our experience, we highly recommend Lalita Grand Hotel to anyone visiting Mathura. The warm hospitality and top-notch service we received from Mr. Bhudev and the rest of the staff truly made a difference in our stay. Thank you once again for providing such a wonderful experience. We look forward to returning to Lalita Grand Hotel in the future.

Unforgettable experience. Got the hotel, luckily as it was an unplanned visit to mathura. Hotel staff, especially Mr. Bhudev was very supportive.overall, polite staff. Property is located at agra Road, reachable to Mathura and Vrindavan. Yamuna ghat and nandababa mahal is just 2km away. I would stay here again if got a chance to visit Mathura.

The resort is located on Agra road.
Has adequate parking space for vehicles.
Is a well landscaped resort with extremely serene environment.
Has big lawn for taking a nature walk.
Do carry an Odomos.
The staff is extremely courteous.
The owners are personally involved in upkeep of resort.
The resort has a 03 elevators, Central Air conditioner, restaurant (midnight service available), swimming pool, a nursery in the neighbourhood (same owner).

Travelling in own vehicle is recommended though taxis & autos are also available just outside the hotel.

The hotel facilitates in providing the vehicle (chargeable).

An place made with lot of thought & devotion.

Hotel is very good. And Hotel management and staff is good and sincere.
Best thing of the Hotel is location and most spacious parking.

One of the best hotels in mathura. Staff is very polite and considerate. Quality of rooms and food is excellent.

Though it's rated 4star but the rooms are very small. The service is worse than average hotels with the staff entering the room with mastercard key without even knocking or caution so for female solo travellers it's not safe.
During the breakfast buffet, the service is either slow. The staff is not courteous rather just like to keep you moving from one person to another without the service is cater for.
Wouldn't recommend this place because better service is at even McDonald's.

Staff not supportive in booking a room. They just pass on the numbers of each other and make customer frustrated.

Nice and peaceful place to stay in the outskirt of the city, staff is polite & cooperative.

This stunning four-star lodging, while relatively new, currently has some services that are not yet fully operational. In light of this, I politely requested a reduction in price, and to my delight, the management graciously acquiesced to my request.
