Very bad I have first time visit in hospital with patients doctor behaviour very rudely very disappointed

I have had two cervical neck fusions and numerous spine injections done here and they were really good to me. I would use them again. Very professional and caring

Worst management
Worst ICU treatment
Worst billing system
No doctor and staff tuning/collaboration
Patient went by walk and came on ventilator to admit him some better hospital

Never visit on outsider doctor recommendation (Dr Brijendra Singh), who also didn’t visit twice a day.
I don’t expect ethics and humanity but expect at least a better treatment.
Apart from Neuro related issues, it’s waste place to even think of.

If their was possiblity i have given most negative and worst rating my Mama ji has died recently with worst pain and the staff did not even treated his primary stiches and wounds and not even recommended good diet as he was diabetic patient and the nurse staff suggested to give tea and biscuit which lead to septic infection to him also no proper guide for medicine given and on last night before my mama ji died doctor vikas shukla was pressuring us to take my mama ji to other hospital and not provided any good treatment I would not recommend this hospital to any one only money wasteage.

Doctor can't diagnose the actual problem and don't HV specialist doctors for other problems,
My patient suffering from pain at night doctors were not there, even staff don't inform if there is any things happen. I hv lost my pricious man of my relatives.

This hospital is just like a Gabbar is. Back Movie's hospital. All person including Doctor mentally torture to the patients attended and force them to operation. Even without taking care of patients age. I didn't suggest that hospital to anyone.

"Very Bad experience, no ethics and humanity. Doctors do not know how to talk to patients and his/her family. They only focus to make money. My father in law was admitted in the same hospital in Kakadev after an accident they have some injury in head and mouth along with some problem in movement of Hand and legs. He also had sugar. Doctors never treat for injury and sugar even did not clean the wound in ICU only they were saying he will be OK and do not look for injury and all. After 5 days in ICU his sugar level was very high and due to high sugar infection spread whole body and was uncontrolled. He charged more than 5 lakhs in 10 days. Finally we lost him due to the careless of staff. He never suggested for other hospitals he was saying his reputation will down. I never recommend this hospitals, if anyone still going please do cross verify of his treatment.

One of worst doctor ever. I visited him for my father during first COVID time.my father had brain attack that time so for that my father visited doctor for same and he advised to admit instantly.my Father admitted instantly.all test like x-ray, ct scan, mri, ECG, all blood test done which are very costly but apart from that my father completed all test and so called doctor Mr. Vikas Shukla confirmed me that there's blood clotting in my father's brain.and after 5 days my father has discharged and I asked multiple times doctor is there any other issue thn he said no.after 5-7days my father again have severe headache as no provided pills relief to him so we again visited hospital and doctor change some medicine again and stated that "itni dhoop me baar baar laaogi to dard hoga hi.baar baar mat aa jaaya karo" and I'm like seriously and I said ki agr dard jyda hoga laungi hi.after that I went home with my father and again on next day my father have same servere headache.hum dobara gye to doctor said ki admit krna pdega dobara.this time I not trust him and not admitted that day my father and take appointment with another doctor of madhuraj hospital he check all his reports and he suddenly said diagnosis is wrong and I'm shocked.for surity he again made ct scan and mri for which he said aap jaha se chaho waha se kra lo test I asked for vikas diagnostic centre he said yes it's good diagnostic centre and after recheck that re-test he confirmed and stated me that "my father have brain tumour whose size is very large and may be it's malignant or benign so asap surgery is required so take time and I'm shocked bcz abhi tk mere father ka treatment hi galat ho Raha tha.madhuraj k doctor ki mdcn se mere father ko aaram to Hui but Mera bharosa doctor se uth chuka tha so cross cnfrm k liye maine multiple doctor's approach kiye regency doctors, Lucknow pgi doctors and all said that my father has tumor there's no blood clotting it's tumor but mr vikas Shukla ko shyd wo itna bada tumor scan and mri me njr ni aaya hoga isliye unhone galat ilaaj kiya.after that my father have surgery in Lucknow for his tumor and after test it's confirm that unhe malignant it means cancerous tumor hai.jiske baad radiotherapy and chemotherapy hua.but my qsn is ki kya so called doctor Mr. Vikas shukla ko mri and CT scan Tak me tumor ni dikha and blood clotting and vertigo hi dikhta rha.what a credible doctor he's.plz sab Bach k rho inse otherwise kuch bhi ho skta hai aapke patient k sath kunki inhe sirf paisa banana aata hai aur kuch nhi.if someone ask for rating I recommend -100000000000 rating

This is the worst hospital in Kanpur. Agr aapko apni ya relative ki jaan pyari hai to kbhi ilaaz na kraye. Vikas Shukla bahut hi rude doctor. Hospital ko apna dandha kholkr baithe hai. Kbhi achhe se baat nhi krte aur na achhe se diagnosis krte hai. Laakho rs lag jaege lekin thik nhi hoge aap. Management bahut ghatiya hai. Koi saaf safai nhi. Worst.

Agr 0 star hote to is hospital ko 0 hi deta. Doctors' behaviour is so irritating. They can't diagnose the actual problem of the patient. They don't have specialist doctors for other problems. When I admitted my mother at this hospital they did MRI and diagnosed minor brain hameorage but actually was no brain hameorage it was brain TB which is diagnosed at AIIMS. Panacea me sirf paise lootate h vo bhi wrong treatment k liye. Ye hospital aur Dr. Ka kaam h ki agr patient ki condition better nhi ho rhi to koi aur test kraye jo bhi possibilities ho skti h but aapne kuchh nhi Kiya aur same treatment continue rkha aur aapke hospital me Dr patient ko kitna time dete h ye sbhi ko pta hoga jo bhi is hospital me apna patient lekr aaya hoga.

My brother Shikhar was admitted in the hospital, this is the best hospital for neurological problems vikas sir is definitely best in his work, also in ICU dr.mayank is so polite and caring for patients, and also night staff of first floor Mr. Abhishek is also present on single bell, he was very friendly with my brother

Medical store people are just pathetic. They behave like they are paying your bill.

It's the best neuro and spine hospital in Kanpur. The staff is very polite and humble. Even the doctors are understanding.

Dr. Vikas Shukla and Dr. Preeti Shukla is doing tremendous work. I got epileptic seizure they helped me a lot and I am fit and fine.

But recently I m Live in Kanpur i Welly know about dr. Vikash Shukla and aware about their work also. My friend Anis Khan has met an dangerous accident at City side Kanpur. Then i take him into this hospital and get hospitalised at Panacea hospital. The patient was much bleed at that time so I was much concerned about him. But Dr. Vikash Shukla give too much support and continued take him into under their observevation. After 2 days countinue treatments he is much better now and finally get discharged today. Thanks to Dr. Vikash Shukla.

My father recently got head stroke as he is liver patient too. He has so many disease at the same time, along with diabetes too.
Sometimes, his bp is high. For the treatment of stroke, we admiited him to The Panacea hospital as for the treatment. He had been admitted there for about a week, the hospital staff took good care of him. As for the diet, the dietitian over there customized the diet as per his present conditions and also did ours counseling for his overall diet. Today, he is being discharge by the hospital and we were satisfied by the treatment.

Incase if you are planning for Health card Treatment don't go for this hospital.
Dr. Vikas shukla quite rude but knowledgeable doctor.
But Please if you have Cash with you then only visit this Hospital.

Hail to Dr Shukla for the worst experience. One can get a degree from here on how to earn money. The doctor is too rude to talk, he doesn't know how to talk to patient, I wonder what an MCh degree has given, maybe, to just forget what Hippocratic oath is.and the new morals MONEY EARNING, GREED.
It's a matter of shame the way he replies to the patient and attendents, he replied to my mother that should I accompany to your home to feed via RT.

He discharged the patient even if he knows that the patient GC is deteriorating and said she just need home treatment irrespective of the fact that the patient need expert ICU care.
These doctors are nothing but a shame to medical fraternity.

My grandfather is admit in this hospital and also behaviour staff is very good and clean and secure hospital my opinion is very good hospital for sergery Dr. Vikas shukla sir.

I am recovering from Covid. I was admitted in this hospital in April. My family was being charged very high for oxygen. Management is very greedy. They only care about money. No doctor is available at times. Patient is left alone, he/She keeps on crying out if they need something. My experience with Panacea is that Management is really worst.

Very bad experience. Low category treatment with patients. Dr. Vikas shukla started treatment of corona with my father.although he has negative reports of corona. His bad treatment makes my father weak. Money making factory name is panacea. After 16 days treatment i loss my father.

Pathetic service staff incompetent, got our patient admitted post paralytic attack with no other medical problems, he got infections in chest due to carelessness of ICU staff, Dr reacted very late, Scan machines facilities were not working, he was frequently taken out for scans in other centres.we lost our beloved family member.

We are currently taking service of this hospital no doubt one of best nursing staff this hospital have very nice work, cleaning staff also good but not excellent neither food staff (food staff due to late delivery of food to patient's).
Walls, windows, window covers aree too dirty where also toilet flush are damaged continue water running but no repairing yet.
But again i love to mention about nursing staff finest nursing we get here nice.

Worst hospital. My mother is admit in this hospital. The worst hospital i have seen, the only motive of this hospital is to make money by giving false promises to patients. Charges are way too high. In terms of charges they are failing Delhi's top hospitals. Neither doctors are on time. I would never suggest anyone to visit this hospital. Highly unprofessional staff. #worst hospital.

Hospital is okay.
But far too expensive.
Other than this, many of their nurses and ward boys are pure thugs.
A nurse took our medicine bag and claimed it to be of other patient.she tried to take our bag away for which we paid a high amount.
At night, a ward boy came and took out injection and oxygen mask purchased by us.from our medicine bag.
He was in haste to take that away.
I woke up.and saw him doing this.he excused that some other patient needed it.so he was taking that.without informing us.
I could even identify them.
U need to be very careful regarding all this.
Doctors are nice.treatment is well.rest all facilities are up to the mark.food served to patients is of good quality.
But nurses and staff over there. Are pathetic.
They are busy in making money.rude.cruel.and money minded persons.

My patient came from Gurgaon after operation and infection is not subsiding and unconscious but the care and treatment given by the hospital is magnificent.
He not only recovered from fever n infection now he is understanding commands and still progressing.
