Very efficient team, did the work in no time.
Very accommodating and did not over sell me with the services unlike urban clap team.

Highly recommended as they did not try to make the deal bigger and presented the things as is. The AC installation was very smooth and done very fast n nicely.

I have availed their service last year for gas filling. Did good. This time it was pathetic. Asked for gas filling and wet cleaning. I m not even sure they cleaned the filters. They using mug for wet cleaning unlike others who use a jet. The main problem is for gas filling. Mine is lg and they are filling with R 32 gas which is used in daikin. When I confronted them they said the gas inside the cylinder is r410 and it's just the label which was wrong. I lost trust and denied their service.
Next day employed Urban clap. They did good.

Update: called lg CustomerService for gas filling. The guy came and said everything is fine and no need for gas filling. These guys are total cheaters.

PATHETIC SERVICE. AVOID OTHERWISE REGRET.

I requested for 1 split and 1 window AC installation. The technician who came to install were not qualified enough.
Took 6 Hours to install the split AC and that too in 2 visits in 2 days. For split, we already have all the wirings and pipes in place, all they had to do was hang and connect the internal & external unit.
They broke glasses of 2 windows even when nothing was supposed to be done on those windows, still they tried to cut a hole in them when it was not required at all.
For Window AC, they took 3 hours and only extended the stabilizer wire.

And finally, when we started using both the ACs, the split AC stopped working and when checked, it was because of the poor wiring they did and did not connect the water outlet pipe.

Also, the wire that they extended started getting hot within 10 minutes. When checked by a different technician, it was found that the wiring was wrong completely which could have resulted in fire.

On top of all, before they came on day 1, the gas in the split was full (got it checked by Hitachi technician during uninstallation). On day 1, they mentioned that the gas is not there in the AC and need to refill and on day 2, they came came up with gas in their cylinder and requested to refill. I denied and all that looked very suspicious. I suspect that they left the knob loose on day 1 just to sell the gas they on day 2.

I am really happy with the customer service and prompt actions as promised. It was not satisfactory on first visit because one of the AC components was not repaired thoroughly and it started making problems again, to which I thought to be very poor service. But when I complained it back to Rectifiers, it has been sorted out promptly and got repaired the very next day. Mudit was very helpful and promising. Thank you

They are just aggregator like Uber.who will redirect your service to local vendor for servicing.no billing given.no warranty for AC filling.it would be better to do direct dealing with AC service vendor

Bad service, technicians are not good enough, have less experience, not able to recognize issues. Charges are high too. Demands extra money on next visit in guarantee period.

The technicians are incapable. Believe in replacement of parts rather than repair. While repairing burnt my bird net worth ₹2600/. Gas refill guarantee offered 3 days (?)
The technician was supposed to repair half valve. As he did not take care the rubber parts of AC caught fire which damaged the quarter valve also and bird net also got burnt. I asked the technicians to leave. When company technician came, he found that pressure is not building at all as the indoor unit tube bend was badly damaged while fitting the unit.
When I called Rectifiers, he told me that he is only aggregator and does not have any control over quality of technitian. I am planning to lodge police complaint.

Service is good. But they don't have control over their service providers. First the service provider didn't want to come at given timing which was in morning, they wanted to come in evening. When I complained to Mr. Mudit, they came in afternoon. But seems like they were pissed off because of the complaint. Also they charged too much for ac installation. Mr. Mudit quoted Rs. 600 as window ac installation. They charged me Rs. 1100 for ac installation. Their reason was they had to fit the ply and had to remove the grill for installing. To be honest, I had got similar things done from other service providers earlier, and no one ever charged this much ever though they had to do the same things earlier. Max I was charged was something around 800-850
