Top In Town

Top in town local aur duplicate products bechta Hai. I had purchased 2 ACs of blue star and both are not functional and when I made complaint for these, they told to make complaint in blue star company. Now neither top in town nor blue star are responding. Please don't purchase any products from top in town Kuber complex Varanasi.

Top in town Newly purchased air conditioner voltas invertor drainage leakage problem since 19 April 2023.
But No solution till date worst after sale service. Purchased date: 19 April 2023.
Customer service worst.
All customer be conscious before purchasing any electronic item.
They compare air conditioner with bulb.
Then Why not they replace it.
Totally bad experience with top in town.

Never go to town in town Kuber Varanasi old damage products they are fraud Top in town and voltas ac bought from store same day installation AC is not cooling and Swing is also not working and making Issues that room are not good never trust them

Will definitely not recommend to buy here. I had bought a 43" TV set and later obserbed they had given old TV in new box. The TV is not working within 14 months. I can't claim warranty either as they have given us old TV in new box.

Please don't purchase anything at all from this electronic store.

Worst electronic store in Varanasi. Never trust on what they say. They deliver 6-7 years stock. They packed the display TV unit and deliver to customer.

Unprofessional employees. They fight with each other, and even with customer too. I had a very bad experience. They misbehave with every customer.
